Our job was done within a timely manner and the finished product looks terrific. I needed some specialty sizes (tall and plus) and, unlike other shops in the Valley, OpportuniTees did not assess a significant upcharge on those sizes. We needed a shirt in a rush and Jay finished the entire Screen Job in one afternoon! The embroidery took just a couple of days longer, in part because Jay rejected the first digitization of our logo, and waited until it was just right before completing our job. All in all, our turn-around time was less than 2 weeks, which is above industry standards here in the Valley. I priced my job out with 5 companies in Phoenix and the nearby East Valley. OpportuniTees quote was about 10% less expensive than the next closest bid we received. I appreciate that they give back to the community by supporting Neighborhood Ministries.

It truly is amazing when you take a vehicle that does not even look like a taxi, paint it red and then add those stickers from Mario. I also feel his prices are more than reasonable. He is always quick to respond to my always changing demands like changing out the phone numbers for our new business line, or adding our logo to the back window. He has a humble shop in a warehouse strip mall but he does quality work and it's a company I know I can trust. I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.
