When I inquired about having a pre-auth done by my dental insurance, I was told that I would go directly into surgery after the consult so there was no need for the pre-auth. I said that per what I had been told by my insurance, as contracted provider, they were obligated to send a pre-auth. So now my "consult" is 8 weeks out. Shelved in other words, by the office staff. Who polices oral surgeons? Someone needs to! Seems a bit sketchy to me to come up with a price without even seeing the patient and also to push them into procedure after consult - no insurance consulting needed. This office just wants to take your money!

The dental chairs are actually comfortable, and the office uses digital x-rays. I easily transferred x-rays from my previous office, which they were able to use in order to avoid taking more than they needed. While getting your cleaning, they let you choose the music to listen to, and are good at explaining what they are doing. My cleaning felt thourough, and all procedures where explained well. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my treatment at PNW Dentistry, and have already taken my son and husband in for appointments as well.

He shifted the failure to the specialist's work, he doesn't take the responsibility and cannot be trusted. They listened to what I wanted even when it wasn't what was considered best by dental standards. I had extensive surgery, a lot of the first work with the ick dentist had to be removed. (Do your research) I had to have zygomatic implants ( in my cheeks) and alot of bone grafting. I had alot of bone loss. I will say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KELLY PODLOSKY!!!! When they got back on they asked who I was again and I told them. Then they said sorry but we don't have anything until July 2nd. I said I was referred to you by my regular dentist because of the urgency of my tooth needing to be pulled. They said sorry but that's all we can do. If you advertise emergency services then why don't you provide them? They were rude and unprofessional.
