Had been a patient of Dr. Ruden for many years. Once he sold the practice to Great Expressions all they do is add services you don't need only to line their pockets. Most recently I was told I needed a cap for a tooth they drilled with a cavity or so they said was a cavity. I couldn't get a timely appointment, so I decided to seek a second opinion. With X-rays in hand I went to the new dentist, by the way is out East. He reviewed the X-rays and explained that the tooth I was told needed a cap in fact didn't need a cap only a filling, in addition a previous tooth that was drilled because i had a "cavity" in fact had not needed a filling. Stay away from this facility if you Value your teeth. Don't line the pockets of these unscrupulous thieves. read more

Dr. Ruden and the team were amazing! I had an chipped tooth that (as you can imagine) I wanted to get addressed immediately. The team told me to come in right away and had a temporary fitted within hours and a new tooth within 10 days! I was referred to dr. Ruden by a friend and went there for dental care after a root canal. This was my first root canal so I wasn't sure of the standard procedure, and dr. Ruden recommended that I do not get a crown. The tooth ended up with hairline fractures all the way up to the bone and I ultimately needed an extraction, bone graft, and implant to fix. Word to the Wise. Hold onto your wallet with both hands!!!. I made the appointment for my 84 year old father. He didn't need much more then a simple exam and cleaning. One of my goals was to help save him some money. He is now living here in NY with us and is on a fixed income. He couldn't get out of there for less then $500.00 !!!! bucks.Ouch ! And he said the cleaning wasn't even done well. They forced all the extra's onto his tab.Including the X-rays he didnt want or need. Outrageous.! read more

I've been going to this place for probably 7 or 8 years now. I very much enjoy the family/community vibe it has. Christine is my hygienist and she is fantastic! Dr. Ruden is great too. Luckily, I have never needed extensive work on my teeth so there's not much for him to do with me except inspect but he's always so pleasant. Totally recommend this place. I have been a patient of Dr. Ruden for 22 years. My whole family uses their Dental services, which says a lot when you place that much trust in a professional like Dr. Ruden, their whole staff from administrative to Dental hygiene to dental care for the big stuff. Dr. Ruden put me back in the chair after many years of dental care avoidance because of my past phobia of going to the Dentist. That's big because my dental health and general health would deteriate rapidly, at my age, if I didn't stay on top of things. Dr Ruden has been my dentist for 31 years. I recently went in to have a loose crown recemented. I have a broken leg and when he asked what had happened, I explained that I had been on my motorcycle and hit by a car. He asked if I had any mental trauma associated with the accident and I told him I had just started expiriencing PTSD. He said he would speak to me after my cleaning and the crown was cemented in. When I was finished, he came into the room and explained to me the "havening" technique. This was a series of verbal exercises to help rid me of the painful memory of my accident. He asked me to visualize the accident and I immediately broke down. I was crying uncontrollably. I had been side swiped by a car which caued me to lose control of the bike and I smashed into the grill of a pick-up truck. The bike flipped over and I landed first onto the hood of the truck and then onto the pavement. I sustained a tibial plateau fracture and a large hematoma in the groin. He calmed me down and through a series of light touching, counting and verbal excersises, I was able to release the emotion attached to the accident. It was one of the most incredible expiriences of my life. I remember it now, but not with fear or sadness. It just "was". I am forever grateful to Dr. Ruden for ridding me of this emotional burden.
