I wish I could give this place more than five stars. We love going to see Dr Chin. My two year old nephew had another dentist prior to going here and hated to get his teeth cleaned and looked at. Then we heard about Dr Chin and her office. His first visit there was wonderful. The office is immaculately clean, inviting and kid friendly. They have a kids table with toys and iPads in the waiting room. And inside they have three or four dentist rooms that have different themes like the Safari room, the super hero room and underwater room. Each room has a TV for the kids to watch while getting their procedure done. The X-ray machine is masked to look like a dragon-so cute and definitely not scary looking for the kids. We also found Dr Chin has excellent bedside manner. She was able to calm my nephew and quickly clean his teeth. She distracted him with toys and gave him a bag filled with toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and a little timer- so that you know how long to brush. She also gave us great tips on how to get my nephew to brush and foods to avoid at his age. We're so happy to have found this peds dentist. I highly recommend this place and Dr Chin. read more

I love Port Washington. This pediatric dental office is new to main street. Went in to tour the facility and everything looks amazing there. Where else are you going to find a Giraffe xray machine!!! If i was a kid i'd want to come here. Instead the dental office i went to was very sterile looking and unfriendly. Everything is new! Dr. Chin is super nice with the kids and she has an entertainment area with ipads to keep the kids busy. Booked an appt to bring my 2yr old niece here for her first dental check up!! Will put an updated review later on how that goes. But so far from meeting Dr. Chin and seeing her facility my niece and i are in love. read more

My sister was looking for a dentist for her son and daughter. I heard about Tiny Sparkles through a friend's recommendation so I told her about it. She wanted more information so I visited the office and had an opportunity to meet and greet the receptionist, Marilyn, Dr. Chin's dental assistant, Amaris and Dr. Chin. They were very welcoming and answered all my questions with sincerity. The office is immaculate and all the equipment is brand new. I ended up bringing my nephew and niece here as my sister had an emergency at the hospital she worked at. At first they were scared as all kids are but Marilyn, Amaris and Dr. Chin were incredibly caring and work really well with children. Its taken me a little longer than I expected to write this review. We've been with Dr Chin since our two young boys were 1 and now they are 3 and 2. What attracted me to this facility were pictures of the dentist office. What else can you ask for to distract the babies (and me)! TV, cute rooms, cleanliness, cute appliances! It further solidified my choice once I met Dr Chin. She's able to do what she needs to; to engage my child while I'm watching my other child in the same room and provide suggestions and questions to promote dental hygiene! Trust me, this is no easy task. She's also so personable and energetic that she makes me feel like we're in good hands! Keep up the great work and great attitude! What a beautiful place! The rooms are clean and have kid-friendly themes with cute equipment, which makes the whole visit fun and not intimidating. Dr. Chin is professional, but warm and good with kids. She knew how to talk to my child and make him feel comfortable. I'm so happy to have found such a great practice! Highly recommend! When a dental emergency came up, I wasn't quite sure who to call, but other Yelpers told me that Tiny Sparkles was the right place. Dr. Chin quickly made time and even kept the office open late to see us. Both Dr. Chin and her hygienist were thorough, warm, took time to explain everything, and went out of their way to make sure that parents and kids were comfortable the entire time. Her staff worked with my insurance company to get as much covered as possible, and the rest of her work was done at a very fair price. Has themed patient rooms, which is pretty cool...even I was impressed. Even some of the equipment look like animals. Ultimately, the service is great. Dr. Chin is very friendly and welcoming. Glad to have found a pediatric dentist that my kids will be happy to see. The place is really clean and bright, so it has a good feel to it. Although the location is about 30 minutes away from us, it's worth the drive and parking is not bad...went on a Saturday. All positive things to say about this place. Love it!
