At appointment time I was told that I have to pay even more to have it corrected. I will be disputing this with my card and insurance because I refuse to spend even more money when they obviously entered something incorrect pertaining to my astigmatism. I should have never left Carolina Family Vision since I've never had an issue with my prescription from them. Edited to add: I just thought I should fill everyone in. Two months ago they did replace my lenses without a recheck so they actually confirmed that they DON'T have good customer care. It also shows that you don't have good communication in your office since you wouldn't have said that had you known you all have already failed. Shame on you for trying to hide your failures.
