One of the things that I love and have always loved about this practice is that they know exactly who you are when you walk in. Another thing I love is that I have never waited long to be seen. Ever. I've had the same hygienist for a few years now and she is wonderful and gets the job done. I love being able to ask questions and not feel rushed about it. There is always a little bit of unease when practices switch practitioners and I have friends that have not had great experiences when things change.
