Then you have found the dentist for you!!!! In all seriousness though. I repeatedly would have my scheduled appointments cancelled a day or two prior to my appt date. This caused me a lot of stress as I also work as a provider in an office and I am blocking off part of my office time with patients to be seen. This shows a lack of respect for your patient's time and disorganization on behalf of the practice. I had a deep cleaning done with this office and experienced TMJ pain ever since then which I have never experienced prior. Called to ask for recommendations to treat and did not get anywhere. Overall, just very dissatisfied and going elsewhere now.

I had one wisdom tooth removed at another dentist and I hated my experience, I felt like my jaw was going to break. But when I met Dr. Ospina, I knew I was in safe hands. I was sedated for my other wisdom extractions (a MUCH better experience!) and healed much quicker with all three extractions than when I extracted just one tooth. Also, I love that I can find everything in just one place. I need an implant, I'm having ortho treatment done, and I know that any other procedure I need can be done by Dr. Ospina. Even more reassuring, is that when the time comes for my implant it is going to be placed using a robot!! It's less invasive and has a quicker recovery time. I don't just trust Dr. Ospina because he has my same last name lol! He is truly an expert at what he does.

Three stars for the hygienists, which keep changing. I get that my gal wanted to go half time or whatever, so she's out. But what happened to the one after her? I didn't like her anyways because she made my gums bleed all the time. It was as if she didn't have steady hands or she had careless hands or bad vision. She talked so much and didn't pay enough attention to my gums. So I remember asking to be scheduled with someone else other than her. I can't for the life of me remember that hygienist's name. Pretty sure I got someone new to me this past time because i got in on a cancellation. It wouldn't have happened that way except that the office did not respond to my call or voicemail or email. I finally found an old email with their online scheduling and tried to do it that way. That system sucks anyways because all it does is record your preference. It doesn't actually make an appointment. Eventually I got a call back and I was upset! I thought they had closed down because there is no reason to not return calls. I go twice a year and I have good insurance! They do x rays every year and have updated equipment. I like that they do an oral exam for cancer etc. they also evaluate your gums. Pretty thorough place, once you get in. Bonuses: it's completely solar powered, so they're doing their part for the world. Also, they have coffee and bottled water in the lobby. When they send you home, they give you a toothbrush, toothpaste and lip balm! The ladies there are very nice and the dentist is great, albeit talkative, but it's the hygienists that can make or break a place. Update- I've been going to this dentist for five years now. I have changed hygienists multiple times. But I most say, the dentist is so awesome. He gives his honest opinion about everything. He does not try to push you into procedures or Invisalign etc. One time I had a question and he wasn't totally sure. He promised to ask a colleague and get back to me. Sure enough, he got back to me by email. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge of his limits. He didn't hesitate to get a second opinion. That opinion was about the same as his in the end anyways. I always get a toothbrush and travel toothpaste on the way out. The also have lip balm that I keep in the car. They have improved their hours and added another dentist! They have also improved on getting back to me via email or phone when I leave messages. I have recommended my parents to his practice as well, and they are happy. Both have had procedures done and are satisfied.

Check-in was through my phone prior to my visit, I arrived and waited less than five-minutes to be called to the back. My hygienist Haley was amazing. She verbally told me the agenda for what they're going to do for me today, and explained everything thoroughly each step of the visit. Walked out with a nice goodie-bag (tooth brush, floss and tooth paste), and new education how to properly take care of my teeth. Unfortunately, this place turned out to be exactly what I was hoping it wouldn't be: another…read morepredatory dental office dressed up with friendly front-desk smiles. My husband went in for a basic exam and X-rays and paid the $50 for a second opinion. We expected to hear about a couple problem areas, sure, but what we didn't expect was the total refusal to give any actual information. They told him he had a "mouthful of cavities" and possibly needed one or two root canals... yet they would not tell us how many cavities, where, what teeth, whether he had gingivitis, or any specifics at all. Every single question was met with some version of, "You'll need to schedule another appointment for that" which, of course, would be another exam fee. No treatment plan, no transparency, nothing. Just a push to book a second visit before giving even the most basic details. When we asked if they could at least start anything (cleaning, filling, something) after that second "consult," the answer was a shrug and basically, "Maybe a cleaning." So essentially: two appointments, two charges, zero clarity, zero work done. Not sure who has the free time for that kind of runaround. On top of that, they tried pushing Invisalign on my husband who has never had TMJ symptoms, grinding issues, jaw pain, or anything that would justify it. They market themselves as "low-cost dentistry," but the exam is the only thing that's inexpensive. Everything else feels like an upsell or a delay tactic. They also refused to give him his X-ray and told him he'd need to call back on Monday to request it. Just strange all around. We really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but the lack of transparency, the pressure to come back for unnecessary consultations, and the random Invisalign push all added up quickly. Definitely felt like a waste of $50.
