You don't get that here. They always work with you to see if insurance will cover as much as you need. They don't try to upsell you. They sincerely call to check on you. I had a partial made 7 months ago that the office lady Amber talked me into, told me my insurance company would not take care of this and so I paid out of pocket also told me how great it was going to be. A tooth on the partial looked as though it had 2 cavities, which I thought was impossible. Then it broke off. I went in and the dentist said "oh yes this is impossible to fix and it's under warranty, we'll have to make a whole new one , And he left the room. But when the office lady , came in, she said, No this is not under warranty and you will have to buy a new one out of your pocket. Again your insurance company will not pay for this . The price was three times the amount I paid for the first one, 7 mos. ago. Being a senior ,I'm on a fixed income. There's no way I could pay for that. The part that really upsets me is, I did not want to buy it in the first place and the office lady Amber told me How bitchin' the new one will be, it would never break this is flexible and you will just love it, told me I'll never have to buy another. Which was a crock of BS. They are very very deceptive and money hungry. They are not out to help you, IN my opinion, they are feeding their own pockets, and not passing on the warranty that the lab gives out. Unfortunately, the office is not at all what it used to be. I suffered scheduling conflicts and discrimination. When I voiced my concerns to Blanca, she argued at me in front of other customers and apologized to them instead.. Because my broken tooth was in the front of my mouth my sole and priority concern was to have this arranged I had scheduled this appointment 4x upon arrival each time I was not satisfied. I wasn't told until I was in the chair that my appointment was actually for other teeth. The first time I had two fillings the second time I had four fillings.. my four fillings were done so roughly that they currently all hurt my teeth were shaved down severely and I went back for two additional adjustments... Upon having six fillings done, I demanded the appointment for my remaining tooth and I had come into office twice to find that my appointment was scheduled improperly. I asked the doctor if I could see another office because I felt this treatment was deliberate. Over several office visits within a 1 to 2 month timeframe left with painful teeth.

At no point was I told that this was a cash-only price or that the cost would be significantly different if insurance was involved. If I had been told that the actual treatment cost would be approximately $5,500, I would never have agreed to schedule or keep the appointment. For over a week leading up to my appointment, I repeatedly tried to get clarification regarding my orthodontic insurance benefits. I was told that the insurance coordinator would call me to discuss my coverage and answer my questions. Despite multiple calls from me over the course of the week, I never received a return call. The day before my appointment, I called several more times because I had still not heard from anyone. Again, I was told I would receive a callback, and again, nobody contacted me. On the day of my appointment, I still had not received a call and had to reach out myself to get answers. Only then was I informed that because the office is in-network with my insurance, the treatment fee would be approximately $5,500 instead of the $1,299 listed on my treatment plan. This was the first time anyone explained that there was such a dramatic difference in pricing. My frustration is not simply about the cost. It is about being given a written treatment plan, repeatedly trying to get answers for more than a week, being promised callbacks that never happened, and then learning about a several-thousand-dollar difference in treatment cost at the last minute. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and accurate information before committing to treatment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
