Not only did they agree to see her, but they put in the extra effort to work with our out of network insurance. A week prior I was in for a cleaning and what I greatly appreciate it is that they took into consideration that I am a Marine Corps combat veteran with PTSD and they annotated my record to provide me an anesthetic that does not make your heart rate go fast. Most importantly, I would like to thank Dr. Kong and his dental assistant Brenda because they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
