I'm honestly so disappointed to be writing this because my family and I have been loyal patients of Dr. Struck's office for years. Both of my parents had upper eyelid surgery here with great results, and I've referred multiple family friends and cousins who all trusted this office because of our experiences. That's why I felt completely comfortable coming in for lip filler, nose filler, and Botox on August 20 and again on September 6. I spent over $700 and expected the same level of care and quality my family always received, but this time nothing worked. My lip filler dissolved within two weeks, my nose filler completely disappeared, and the Botox never took effect at all. My face looked exactly the same by early October. Because I truly believed in the office, I didn't call right away. I thought maybe it just needed time to settle or perhaps the first round wasn't enough. But when the results never showed, I finally reached out, and that's when the real disappointment started. When I spoke with Lupe (the office manager), she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She raised her voice, called me "hun" in a condescending tone, and even asked, "Why would you come back if it didn't work?" I calmly explained that I came back because I loved the office and trusted them, but she kept talking over me and insisting that "Botox is instant" and that I should've complained the same day, which is completely false and not something any trained professional would say. I was so shaken by how she spoke to me that I ended the call in tears. Since then, I went to a high-end medical spa for a consultation, and the injector there immediately told me that what I had received from Dr. Struck's office appeared to be heavily diluted product, which would explain why I saw zero results across all three areas. After hearing that, I started talking with other clients and mutuals who've gone here, and I've now heard multiple people share similar experiences about treatments not lasting or working. Unfortunately, it's becoming clear that the product quality is not what it used to be. It's cheap for a reason. I want to be clear this review isn't out of anger but out of genuine disappointment. Dr. Struck himself has always been kind and respected, and my family's experiences with him personally were great. But between the ineffective, diluted treatments and the way I was treated by Lupe, I can't recommend this office anymore. I've been getting Botox regularly since I was 28 (I'm now 50), so I know what to expect in terms of both results and professionalism. After multiple visits here, I've consistently had disappointing and concerning outcomes.(This was my second time with Dr. Struck). As I waited over an hour for a simple Botox app I read the reviews and focused on the 1 star reviews. I was planning on leaving after reading them and not taking the risk ........and so wish I did. First, the results were uneven--my right eye now appears smaller than my left, which has been upsetting enough that I didn't even want to take photos for my 50th birthday. Ironically, the only area that seemed heavily affected was above my eyes, the one area I specifically asked not to be overtreated because I don't like that heavy look or making me look like I have hooded eyes. In addition, the Botox only lasted about 5-6 weeks on three separate occasions, which is far shorter than what's typical for me. Based on my experience (and echoing other reviews), I genuinely question whether the product is being overly diluted and I'm pretty sure it is, 100 percent. The overall experience also felt rushed and lacked basic professionalism. There was no proper cleaning of the injection areas, and instead of repositioning appropriately, the doctor leaned over awkwardly while injecting, which didn't inspire confidence he just kept poking and not even looking at my face or telling me to "make an angry face", like majority of professionals do. It was honestly so alarming. I also received lip filler during one visit, which faded in about 4 weeks--far shorter than when I have had it before lasting up to 6 months. I am so upset that I even wasted all that money as I had to go and spend it all over again, but this time with a well know clinic. I have also heard so many negative things from both him and just the office in general; wish I had heard the prior to going there. Again read the lower reviews and you will be glad you did. After spending around $500, I ended up going elsewhere for a consultation, where the MD told me it didn't even look like I had Botox in most areas Dr struck said he did. The only small silver lining is that the uneven Botox didn't last the full 3 months--but unfortunately, I'm still dealing with asymmetry in my eyes. Bottom line: save your money. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. There are so many other good Med Spas and their reasoning for why it's cheaper(because I asked) I was told it's because we have an office in Morgan Hill and if we charged Atherton prices everyone would just go to Morgan Hill). That scenario I guess made sense to me the first time I went there but honestly it's because they are diluting the product. read more

I went in for lip filler -- not my first time, but first with this doctor. The numbing wasn't even, mostly on the right side, and it felt rushed. I understand bruising can happen, but I've never had it this bad, even with taking and applying Arnica before and after and icing. Three days later and the bruising is still severe. read more

Dr. Struck and his team are amazing and made my surgery experience stress-free. I got my breast augmentation done Feb 7th 2025 and i am extremely happy with my results. Dr. Struck is amazing and knows exactly what he's doing. During my consultation I showed him my inspo photos and he gave me exactly what I wanted. He tried a few different sizes during surgery and i ended up with high-profile 450cc on L breast and 485cc on R breast and they are the perfect size! I have scoliosis so my shoulders are uneven and now my boobs are perfect and symmetrical. I started with an a / small B cup and now i am a full D / DD. Recovery was not as bad as i thought it would be! By day 3 i stopped my painkillers and stuck with ibuprofen. I went back to my desk job at post-op day 5! I felt completely back to normal at post-op week 2. I recommend Dr. Struck to all my friends and family. Me & my wife went to see him over 6 weeks ago & doing a filler my wife had a huge black eye due to his negligence & lack of not knowing how to due this work on her . We called him several times & was told is normal! after waiting a few weeks the black eye not only went away but got worse . After calling him many times over he said wait for a month it will go away ! WTF I have never heard a so called doctor to do this to a patient and charge over $ 685.00 & tell them is normal & than say give it time & it will go away . BE AWARE !!! we are end of 6 weeks after he did this & still the black eye is not fully gone ! We contacted the clinic & ask to talk to the doctor & the receptionist said that the doctor said you need to come in for a 10 session Lazer procedure at $300 each visit .if. WOW !! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Recently had a blepharoplasty and brow lift and everything I discussed at the initial consultation and pre-op appointment was ignored and the doctor performed services that were not as we discussed. The brow lift did not raise my brows at all and instead left me with horrible large scars that are very visible, misshapen, and not within the hairline as we discussed. The blepharoplasty left me with one eye that did not close completely and did not address the main issues I went there for. When I brought this up at my follow-up appointment the doctor took no responsibility as to not performing the services we had discussed and offered revision services. There is no way I would have revision surgeries with this provider or allow him to touch me again. The brow lift was "supposed to be" a lateral lift; however, the incisions are at the top of my forehead which is a regular brow lift. The results were far from what was discussed and agreed upon. I experienced visible scarring and functional issues, and I would caution others to ask detailed questions and seek multiple opinions. read more

In 2022 l was looking for a cosmetic surgeon near my area, I heard from a friend that Dr. Struck was one of the best. l made an appointment to meet him in person and discuss what he would recommend for me, l also brought some pictures for him, examples, so he can have an idea of the look I was going for. I am 5'1 and 118 pounds. Since it was my first cosmetic surgery l asked him if I needed a breast augmentation or breast lift? He immediately recommend me breast augmentation. I truly put all my trust in his expertise. We agreed in a size that he advised for me. At the end all l asked him was for a natural look and a size proportional to my body. Again l didn't have any experience on what size to get or how it works. When l woke up from surgery I was extremely disappointed to find two huge size implants that looked like melons, l was in shock. When I next met white him in a follow up appointment, I expressed to him that it was not the result I was looking for and it was not the size that we agreed upon. He told me that it was just swollen due to normal post op inflammation. He said that they were gonna drop and look smaller, but they never did. I called him later regarding my concerns about the size and he told me not to worry because they're still swollen, I was very sad and disappointed. I paid $6,200 for the worst job imaginable. A few months later one of the implants became encapsulated and it was hurting a lot so l immediately contacted him. He offered to fix it at no cost. While that was really nice and all, it did not resolve the issue and only led to further complications. The attempt to correct the encapsulation was not successful and led to further tissue damage. The problems only got worse, I started feeling severe back pain every day. I reached out to him one more time telling him about my symptoms. We made an appointment to meet in person so he can see the results of the second surgery and my concerns about the pain in my back. I told him that I was not happy with my results since the first time and he continued to ignore my concerns. He said "to me you look great!!". How can I look great with uneven breast, how can I be happy suffering in pain with the oversized implants? I trusted Dr. Struck but all he delivered was poor judgment and malpractice. Because of what I went through, I would encourage everyone to seek 2nd & 3rd opinions, and I would just like to flat out state that I don't trust him and I would never recommend him. This was the worst experience. I paid a really good price for nothing, l just wasted my money and time. My chiropractor told me that I had to remove them ASAP. He told me that it was the size of the implants that were causing my back pain. Eventually, I found a doctor who listened to my needs, and was able to correct Dr Struck's terrible work. Although I'm better now, I'm very disappointed that Dr Struck never really cared for my concerns, ignored my pain, and never even offered any kind of refund/ compensation for what he put me through. Please, do yourself a favor and consult with other doctors! I now have gummies and a much better look, the look I was going for all along. I had a "facelift" November 2021 and I was so excited! I made my decision several months before and made my surgery date. My surgery went good and recovery was good. According to Dt Struck, " you're easy and look Great". LONG story short, my stitches were taken out except my right eye and I have 1stitch left that looks like I have a Stye. Also 8 weeks later the part of my face I HATED was back! Dr Struck Did not do what we talked about! I sent him several people and they all have the same complaint! Please I have met so many people that have been botched by Doctor Struck. I am paying $30k to have my breast to be repaired. I was sick from getting an infection in my breast after I had a Hematomin . I know anther girl who is 24 years old she saved her money to have her breast done,Her left side was bigger than the right,he was suppose to make them similar in size,he forgot and put in large implants only to cause the issue to be-worse. I met anther lady that he did a bad noise job on,he gives her free filkers for life. He botched anther ladies arms. I am sad that I did not do my homework before getting my breast done. read more

My procedure took place approximately two years ago. I've waited to post this review as I wanted to recover from the mental trauma I felt from this event. I was referred by Dr. Steven's wife, Karen, who also administered my Botox treatments. I trusted Karen's judgment and expertise, so I decided to have her husband perform my plastic surgery. On the day of my appointment, I arrived promptly at 5:00 AM, only to find that the surgical unit was locked and no one was there for the first 30 minutes. Eventually, someone arrived and let me in. The surgical unit itself looked outdated, resembling a government operating room from the 1980s. After my procedure, as I left through the waiting room, I couldn't help but notice the stark resemblance to a refugee clinic offering free vaccinations. During my follow-up appointment to have my sutures removed, I expressed my concerns about the inconsistencies in my surgery to Dr. Struck. However, he dismissed my concerns, stating that they were within acceptable plastic surgery guidelines. Days after having my sutures removed, I discovered that many of them were still intact, forcing me to remove them myself. I never received a follow-up call or appointment from the office. Feeling helpless, I realized there were several reasons why I felt horrible after this procedure. 1) Dr. Struck didn't acknowledge the poor outcome of my surgery. 2) I didn't trust him to perform any further procedures, even if he did acknowledge his mistake. 3) The initial surgery was extremely painful and took a long time to heal. 4) I couldn't afford the cost of seeking corrections elsewhere. This is my second review for Dr. Struck. He did my breast implants (my first review) back in 2011. I have friends that have had a full tummy tuck and I never thought I would have to get one. My earlier plastic surgery carried me all through my 40s. It wasn't until the year I turned 49, the death of both parents AND perimenopause - was the cause of a 20 pound weight gain. When I lost the 15 pounds, I noticed this roll and loose skin that I could NOT get rid of no matter what I did. I saw Dr. Struck and showed him all my wish pics and pics of what I didn't want. LOL. He listened and answered all my questions and he agreed that I was a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck and lipo. I just got my mini tummy tuck on 2/10/21 and I'm already loving the results on Day 4. A mini TT is definitely easier than a full and honestly feels like my c-section. The hardest thing about recovery was having a drain and sleeping in a recliner. Also having to walk hunched over starts affecting your back. But overall, it was super worth it! I had been getting Botox and fillers from Dr Struck for couple years, had my eyelids surgery 18 months ago and a lower face and neck lift three months ago. I'm very happy with the outcome, and the aftercare follow up was excellent! First, my eyelids surgery last year wasn't painful at all, didn't even needed painkillers, had my stitches removed after a week, and went back couple more times to have the rest of the stitches removed (It took times for the stitches to come out from inside). Then my recent lower face and neck lift was amazing! I had five follow up with Dr. Struck, and I didn't have any bruising on face, just bruising on my neck and ears. Pain level for this surgery wasn't bad, I took only extrastrength Tylenol for first few days and that's it. I was able to go out after just one week with a little swelling of course, swelling subsided after a month and I still have little numbness on my jaw right now. I read it really takes 6months to a year to completely heal. But I am extremely happy with the natural looking result, I just look refreshed, without the saggy jawline and my neck is so smooth! No one detected I had facelift at all, I still look the same just without the depressing expression. I highly recommend Dr. Struck, he's easy going and super friendly, very honest also. I also love the way he did my Botox and fillers, he'd never overdone, he could use as little as one syringe of filler to refresh my whole face! He told me not to do facelift yet when I requested it two years ago, told me I didn't need it yet!
