David helped me untangle a mess of taxes from previous years for me and was thorough in the work and clear in the explanation so I had full understanding of things. It had the potential to be really bad (my fault, I basically failed to pay some taxes years back) and David laid out my options and timeline and guided me through it. To date, Aldaris Group has paid for themselves by correcting one year's worth of Federal taxes, and they're still going, we're even looking at state taxes. I did not complete his 2022 taxes, and I reached out to YMF to complete his 2022s and 2023s. After not receiving a response to my email or call for 2 weeks, I followed up with them via phone. I was told that they could not do it before the 10/15 extension deadline, which was fine. But then I was told they wouldn't do his taxes at all. Yes, they knew he died. I can understand not taking on new customers, but he had been a customer for many years. I am stunned by the poor customer service. YMF used to be great - I referred many people there over the years. I cannot believe this is how they treat their customers.
