A very nice lady took my information, and told me they'd be out in the afternoon. Sure enough, Dennis and James came by at about 3:30. Dennis asked a few questions and told me it was either the capacitor or the fan motor. He then did some basic troubleshooting steps, and determined quickly it was the fan motor, and told me how much the new one was. Luckily, it was a standard type, and he had one on the truck. Both he and James went right to work, and in less than fifteen minutes, had the new one installed, and everything working fine and put back together. They then checked the coolant levels in both systems, and determined they were fine. I was impressed with their politeness, knowledge, and professionalism,and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done.
