Otto was the contractor used by Southern Serenity Homes to build my custom house. After the house was finished I had to have them come back out 3 additional times to fix incorrectly wired switches, wrong fixtures, broken fixtures, wrong bulbs (I paid for 86 LED bulbs and they put 0 in). On the last trip to correct issues my wife's wedding ring ended up disappearing while she was home. They swore it wasn't them but the electrician that was suspected of stealing my wife's ring got caught in a house he was working on the following week stealing jewelry and another wedding ring, the owner called to tell me this. My wife's ring was never located due to the fact the owner did not believe us that her ring was stolen, had he found the electrician when we contacted him and had him searched her ring may have been recovered, similar to what the owner did when he was contacted by the new homeowner missing jewelry. However a week went by and the ring was sold, pawned, or who knows what else. The owner of Otto electric told me he was 99% sure his guy took the ring but when we requested two weeks later for them to pay for the ring his lawyers told him there is no proof you shouldn't pay. So now my wife doesn't have a wedding ring and our insurance company wont pay out even an 1/8th of its monetary value not to mention sentimental value. Did their employee steal my wife's ring, I don't have 100% proof because the ring was not located but the owner said he would check all of the pawn shops near the employees residence in hopes he finds it and will not give up searching because he's sure his EX employee took it. read more
