The dryer receptacle is $10 from Home Sleepo! My mother was charged $1117 for three hours of work. 2hours driving two and from Oakland, an hour making the repairs! $300 an hour? I spoke to the owner on Saturday, nice guy! Unethical in my opinion. So, now mom is purchasing a home in Nesbit Ms, the inspection report read, 2 mismatched circuit brakers needing replaced! 15min job, circuit brakers cost under $150, they want $700 labor for 15min...was the quote! Do not waist your time or your money on these people! Chuck, was a talented guy and can fix some stuff! But one of the two mismatched breakers do not need to be replaced! So he suggested buying a breaker I did not need! The other one I did need! These people should be ashamed of themselves!

The only good thing about Stamps Electrical was dealing with Tony. David started the job as agreed and then after a week went ghost then came the excuses oh i took on too many jobs im backed up even the old dog died story. I could never reach David by phone or text he would never respond. I ended up having to call Tony to find out when or if he was coming back to finish the work. After David claimed he was finished and left the new breaker box open and with wires hanging out I complained to Tony in a respectful text. however the phone call i received from david was anything but apologetic or remorseful his only rebuttal how dare i send a message to his "boss" trying to get him fired etc etc. First off his Boss is his father so he definitely was not getting fired. Second I could never reach him a job the said shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks turned into over a month because he was not there. After we parted ways I had to hire another electrician and low and behold have the work he did was subpar. Breakers that were tripping on the new box he installed that he claimed were fixed were not. Outlets were not working that worked prior. Switches and outlets had no covers. They only thing that worked properly were the can lights and fans he installed every other connection basically had to be re run or repaired. There are definitely far better electricians out there especially for the money I paid.

I had pd by the pound with my old company the year prior because they said I needed more Freon. It's not cheap. Two years prior the older company just said this is the south it gets humid as the excuse. The Comfortable technician discovered the previous company had put too much Freon in our unit and was causing the issues and affecting our bill.
