D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. They waited a year to send a letter to my family about threatening collections which is crap because no one ever reached out to even tell us where the car was. I didnt want the car back. They said its the owners responsibility and that the police messed up. They took my car to their lot when my transmission blew, didnt hear a word from them since. It was april, 2024 now its march, 2025. When they knew I brought law enforcement because they were threatening me with collections they got scared. When I spoke to police the police were more helpful. Avoid this place like the plague, and believe me and all the others who diss this place. The owner claimed shes paying more than $500 and she also wants the title to dispose of the car. When I stood up for my family not only did the guy refuse to talk to me and hung up on me but had me speak to the owner instead. They are low live scumbags stay away you have been warned.
