D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.

I called H & R to see if they could help my mom and sister. I explained that my sister is diabetic on insulin and my mom had no snack to give her and she needs to eat at specific times. Jimmy had Jordan the driver stop at McDonalds and get my sister some lunch and then made it to them in time so that my mom did not have to call 911 for my sister. H & R responded and got to my mom in 30 minutes...AAA called my mom while Jordan was changing the tire. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond. So thankful. LIsa

Unfortunately our 2014 Jeep Patriot blew a head gasket in late February. Our mechanic needed us to…read morehave the head itself inspecting professionally for cracks and such before he could do all the necessary repairs. He is located in frederic and the local shops did not offer resurfacing and inspection for cylinder heads. He found a place in kalkaska offering this service for $250 and another in traverse city's for $130. I was convinced a place closer to home May offer this service for less. This shop is no bullshit service and is a father son duo! They told me on the phone they could complete resurfacing and inspection for $75. HUGE difference in price and location from our home in roscommon. They carefully inspected and found no major damage but sadly the valves leaked. They ordered the parts for that and had the total repair done in a matter of days. Ended up being substantially more expensive for us because of the valve job and the intricate nature of adjusting our head required. They followed up. They were through and they loaded the head into the truck for me. Extremely respectful and professional. Honest. They did end up mentioning that our mechanic may need the cam bearing replaced due to wear... which wasn't making them any money yet they called mopar and tried to clarify size and part info for me just out of kindness. They prefer cash at this business and predominantly work on tractors these days but they deserve your call and business with any engine needs!

They are prompt with their service offer amazing pricing and no bullshit attitude... they are honest and do the work as quick as possible... Their inventory is a little bit small because the location itself is small offering only to bass and a small show room with a TV and a couple of chairs. However they will order in just about anything that you could want and call you as soon as it arrives. I cannot believe I did not think of putting a review in sooner but I'm glad that I checked in today and decided to add my opinions I highly recommend anyone to go here whether you are passing through with an emergency when it comes to your tires or if you were in the surrounding area looking for a go to shop when you need this service.
