D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.

They waited a year to send a letter to my family about threatening collections which is crap because no one ever reached out to even tell us where the car was. I didnt want the car back. They said its the owners responsibility and that the police messed up. They took my car to their lot when my transmission blew, didnt hear a word from them since. It was april, 2024 now its march, 2025. When they knew I brought law enforcement because they were threatening me with collections they got scared. When I spoke to police the police were more helpful. Avoid this place like the plague, and believe me and all the others who diss this place. I called H & R to see if they could help my mom and sister. I explained that my sister is diabetic on insulin and my mom had no snack to give her and she needs to eat at specific times. Jimmy had Jordan the driver stop at McDonalds and get my sister some lunch and then made it to them in time so that my mom did not have to call 911 for my sister. H & R responded and got to my mom in 30 minutes...AAA called my mom while Jordan was changing the tire. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond. So thankful. LIsa
