D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.

Janis Tire does good work at a fair price. The guy at the counter can be grumpy since he has a lot…read moreof work and responsibility but deep down he is a decent guy. He even gave me a free ride back to my house during the auto repairs so I could care for my mom after a stroke since it isn't safe to leave her alone. I have been going to Janis for years to get oil changes since the locals recommended Janis. The reason I went to Janis is because Zubeck was a dick and wouldn't get me in for an oil change when I had to drive to the hospital everyday. (Zubeck also tried to force me to sell my Jeep to him for $3000 instead of selling it on my lawn for $12,000.) Good thing I went to Janis for oil because they would only work on my car for mechanical problems by being a loyal customer after getting regular oil changes. First Janis patched a tire for only $30. Next, the tail light went out and Janis fixed it for $6. Then the traction control sensor went out and Janis fixed it for only $226. Finally, the brakes started to go and I got that fixed for only $460. The car runs fine now and the work was solid. The guys work hard and they have a good crew working at Janis now. I have heard people talk smack about Janis, but they have done right by me.

I have proudly been a top tire customer since moving to the area in 2017. We have had them put new…read moretires on all of our vehicles and now as of today new tires on our camper. At the counter, I believe his name is Joe, he's extremely hard-working and very sweet. He's always been willing to help pack up my vehicle from the bay... Which embarrassingly makes me quite uncomfortable to do and he has no problem doing it... Even when he was wearing a cast on his leg a couple years back... They are prompt with their service offer amazing pricing and no bullshit attitude... they are honest and do the work as quick as possible... Their inventory is a little bit small because the location itself is small offering only to bass and a small show room with a TV and a couple of chairs. However they will order in just about anything that you could want and call you as soon as it arrives. I cannot believe I did not think of putting a review in sooner but I'm glad that I checked in today and decided to add my opinions I highly recommend anyone to go here whether you are passing through with an emergency when it comes to your tires or if you were in the surrounding area looking for a go to shop when you need this service.
