The guy they spoke to where they broke down said he thinks it's the fuel pump. He had some past auto experience. They got towed from this company to do the repair. They said it's not the fuel pump even though the symptoms seemed to be fuel pump. They picked up the car and went back to the cottage to get their stuff and it wouldn't start again so they towed it back to their shop. Said it just needs to run for an hour. They did nothing and said it's fine. She picked up the car again and made it almost all the way home when it broke down on the expressway. She had to get another tow to our home mechanic who said it's the fuel pump. Our mechanic said they replaced all 6 coils which is something that should never need to be done. He said they did a tune up they didn't fix the issue. That cost her $1k in repairs and tows. She called to see if they would work with her to refund some money but they won't do anything. She had to pay another $1k for the repair that should have been done in the first place. So sad how they take advantage of the elderly.

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.

At the counter, I believe his name is Joe, he's extremely hard-working and very sweet. He's always been willing to help pack up my vehicle from the bay... Which embarrassingly makes me quite uncomfortable to do and he has no problem doing it... Even when he was wearing a cast on his leg a couple years back... They are prompt with their service offer amazing pricing and no bullshit attitude... they are honest and do the work as quick as possible... Their inventory is a little bit small because the location itself is small offering only to bass and a small show room with a TV and a couple of chairs. However they will order in just about anything that you could want and call you as soon as it arrives. I cannot believe I did not think of putting a review in sooner but I'm glad that I checked in today and decided to add my opinions I highly recommend anyone to go here whether you are passing through with an emergency when it comes to your tires or if you were in the surrounding area looking for a go to shop when you need this service.
