Scheduling with Woofie's is so easy and they are super duper responsive. Our dog walker is usually Dana and she is so so great. Our somewhat aloof cavachon loves her and she leaves the best recaps and pictures of her visit online for us to check out. We feel like our little boy is in very good hands. Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We are somewhat picky dog parents and cannot say enough good things about our experience with Woofie's. She kept us updated during our trip with daily report and pictures. We felt secure that our furrbabies were getting excellent care and loads of attention. Our shy kitties took to our sitter as if she has known them for a long time. After a couple of visits, our guys were interacting with her, which is unheard of even with our previous sitter from another company in the area that has been sitting for them for a few years! Karen O, my sitter, went above and beyond as one of my cats stopped eating. We coordinated multiple home visits, a vet appointment, and post care for my cat. He is doing fine now. Without Karen's assistance and dedication my cat may have died. I also want to give a shout out to Karla, the owner. Due to the ice storm, my condo entrance was buried under 2 feet of ice. She went to visit my cats and found the blockade and let me know. I had to hire a team to dig me out. Karla was able to get access and check my cats. I came home the next day and was also able to get into my condo. Without Karla, I would have arrived with no way to get into my condo. Nightmare! I have gone to them for several years and they are professional and compassionate at the same time. They have Paul plans which are basically sort of like insurance, but geared towards their Clinic. They are also very proactive when it comes to fur babies and everything that they need to stay healthy. The staff here are even there for you when your fur baby is not healthy whether it be sickness or an injury. These folks are miracle coworkers when it comes to helping the fur babies, especially those who can be a little special I need a little bit of extra attention or special handling... e.g your problem fur babies LOL I completely recommend this place!
