Actually, it should be zero stars or negative stars…read more Don't stop here. Take your pet anywhere else. I beg of you to take your pet anywhere else. They gave me false hope in a pet that they knew was not going to make it; so I pay up the nose because they had no other customers In sight. All other vets in the area were extremely busy and this vet clinic had no one. That should have been the huge red flag for me. In my opinion, I feel I was completely taken advantage of in this clinic because they saw a sadness in me for a kitten I found that was almost lifeless, skin and bone; barely able to hold its own head up. In my opinion, they are just interested in charging up the bill like agreeing to check for AIDs/Leukemia duo on a dying kitten. Yup, they claim they did that test on a dying kitten. I got scammed. I don't want that to happen to you. They probably said to each other "...another of those stupid animal lovers that want to spend all their money for nothing and were glad to accept it." while they laugh their heads off my lack of knowledge. Why not say, wait on some of that. In our history kittens in that state usually don't make it. There is not much that can be done to make a difference. Save your money. Instead, make the kitten comfortable until it passes. If I had been given a truthful message, because vets have basically seen it all and knew what the outcome would be the minute they laid eyes on him when I walked in. Yes, I would be sad with the truth. But, this honest vet that would tell the truth would be getting 5 stars in their review and not negative stars and would become my vet for future pets. Instead, I get taken advantage of and that is not right. Again, think about it? Nothing is stopping them from continuing to do the same again, again, and again to caring animal lovers. Beware.

They were somewhat nice. Not organized at all. Brought in our 10wk old Havapoo puppy for exam…read more Dr was good, but didn't perform the exam in front of us nor provide any report to show what was examined and results. Then said we needed to come back in 2 weeks for vaccines and we had to use their mobile app to schedule. They weren't going to do it for us then. Will never go back there again. We wasted $74 for cost of "exam". We found a much better Veterinarian w/Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital. We were very impressed.

I personally think this place is a total scam…read more Brought my dog in for what I thought was an allergy skin issue.. The doctor took one look and said, it's a hot spot. I've seen them all day . She didn't even entertain the idea that it could be something else. So first batch of meds and ointment didn't work. I go back. We try another round of different meds . I have to tell the doctor I want to be more aggressive. I want to fight what ever she has. I have noticed that whenever my dog had any issues . (It was always her ears ). They'd give me a medicine that would do nothing or feed whatever she had. Then I'd always have to go back and get more. I think it's a total scam. So I go to another vet to get another to get another opinion. While I'm there they leave me a message saying she has fungal. The new vet calls to get records but of course they don't want to send them. I have to call and ask them to send them. Sooner rather than later Long story short, misdiagnosed has cost my dog her life. This place makes me sick and yes they're beyond over priced. Don't make the same mistake I did . stay away from here.

Everyone was so nice and the office was clean. As people were walking out of the office, they told me that I would live this place. The techs and vet were so sweet to Boomer. They took such great care of him and a tech even kissed him on top of his head when she brought him back to me.

Charlie Blu, the Aussie, here telling you about my recent experience at Tails are Wagging…read more Even though Dad takes me everywhere, sometimes he needs to board me when he leaves town for my own sake, so this doggie camp was my first choice. It has a nice time range of drop off and pick up times which helps with Dad's schedule and ensures that I get to come home without delay. I like that we get an opportunity to play outside 90 minutes at a time, 3 times a day. The outdoor area is 1/2 covered and 1/2 in the sun, which gives me options in various weather conditions. Since I'm just a year old and under 40 lbs, the helpers also put me in the small doogie group with others my size, so we can play together. There is a separate area to go potty and plenty of time set aside to rest. The owner is friendly and answered questions quickly. After an interview, updated shots, and a 3 hour daycare trial , it was determined that I could come back here for an overnight stay. The 4'x6' kennels are big enough to get a good night sleep. It's a good thing Dad remembered the dog mat because the floors are concrete and would have been too cold for me. Glad we found this place because next to sticking to Dad and Mum like velcro, this boarding facility is a good fit when they can't be with me.

The price is reasonable as well and they offer 10% military discount also! I just had my fur baby stay there for 9 nights, and they treated her really well, and she cleaned and smelled really nice when we picked her up. We can tell she had a lot of fun cause she passed out as soon as we got home.
