I really enjoyed the care my children received before the change in management a short while back but since there has been big changes, I have noticed shift in quality of care. recently my child broke a bone and we needed the care team to coordinate with our medical in a timely fashion so my child could be properly treated by an orthopedic specialist. I was told that it would be handled by the next day but when I was told to expect a call or call them, It was impossible to get through to them for the durability of a week. prolong my child's ability to get his broken bone treated. when I left a voicemail expressing the urgency, I never received a call back nor any response or apology for dropping the ball when a child cared for by them had a broken bone. I eventually felt unsafe with them caring for my children and found a much better primary care physician who handled everything in just a day. which is also a previous physician that worked at stepping stone while under the previous management. if the management was still under the previous owners, the rating would be much higher. read more

My 4 month old baby has a flat head and a head preference. We got a recommendation for waypoint and have been seeing them for about 2 months on a weekly and every other week basis later. The staff is great and so helpful explaining things to me. They work really well with my baby regardless of how well rested he is. Scheduling and payment with insurance is easy. They also were happy to decrease frequency when we made progress and want to make sure that we're set developmentally before completing our time with them. We read all the good reviews and we don't regret. As far as I know, there are two doctors. One that specializes in newborns and has appointments during the first days of the week. And a second doctor that treats older kids. They take very serious health and ask you to check in when you arrive so they can know you are going to be at the door. They will take temperature or apply flu vaccines outside to make it faster. For the rest of the appointments, you get to this out of space decor for kids :) I think only one parent is allowed in during these times. They are very patient with everybody. Specially new parents. They take their time so they can get all the info needed for children development. They take care of the mother too by asking about postpartum feelings as they impact baby's health. They accompanied us through this journey by explaining everything, answering all questions without feeling you are in a hurry, and setting future appointments. read more

This office was one of the earliest to roll out Covid vaccines for healthcare providers. They were able to do so very efficiently compared to most other places I'd heard about. They ran on time, used technology to schedule and collect our demographic and insurance information ahead of time. It was very smooth and says a lot about the leader ship there. They even allowed me to reschedule my second dose because I was worried that I would not be able to work the next day I need to cancel my own staff and patients. Doctors and staff worked Saturday to help keep our community safe. Thank you!!! read more

Finally, the convenience of being able to register online and not have to deal with physical papers! We are in the 21st century, after all. And the appointment booking system online is easy and straightforward. Kevy is friendly and made my boys feel at ease immediately. This is a great little practice! We couldn't be more happy to have found Dr. Kevy for our son. Within the first 30 seconds of meeting him, we knew we found a keeper. We had a horrible experience with our pediatrician from a different city, so we had low expectations. Dr. Kevy blew those out of the water. Instead of a front desk, a waiting room and a sick room, we entered a small suite in which the doctor greeted us instead. He was very comforting and knew how to make us feel at ease concerning specific matters about our son. I look forward to the long-term care he will offer to our growing family. Kevy is simply fantastic. My wife and I really could not have asked for a better pediatrician for our two boys. He's so friendly and informative and we always leave feeling a sense of relief. In addition, it feels like he's always there for us going above and beyond the call of duty. He's always responsive to question posed via e-mail and he's just super accommodating. I also love the fact that when you arrive, there's no waiting around. As soon as you enter, he greets you and ushers you right in. I personally hate having to wait in a waiting room only to then wait for the doctor in the examination room. None of that with Kevy. It's the best! read more

This place is so wonderful for so many reasons! It's such a small place you really get the attention you want and need. Because you are seen exclusively by NP's your child sees and gets to know just one person which is just a wonderful experience. The same person talks to you, your child and administers shots.. its a great set up. We met Kevy and Amy who are both fantastic. We went for appointments for our 2-year-old and 4-month-old with Kevy. He is so knowledgable, and great with the kids. He even gave me several tips I had never thought of for little things like battling dry skin and nightmares. My husband found this place online like most people do. We went here because of the reviews. This is a smaller private practice that is run by wonderful Doctors. I have been to many Doctors throughout the years both large and small practices and I have to say that Dr Kevy is the best. He is absolutely hard working, attentive and had a wonderful bedside manner. With that being said since this is a private practice you are not going to get the 24/7 care that some people are looking for. Dr. Kevy is wonderful and He often calls on days off and as soon as he is available. Yes, there is going to be sometimes that you will not get a call right away or even that day but if people are this concerned I have taken my child into the issaquah ER in the middle of the night and they are great. I get that Er are often more expensive but if you are that concerned who cares, it's your child. Dr. Kevy will listen to your cares and make the best recommendation. Often times we get so wrapped up in the speed of things we forget the relationship. I have spent most of my times with nurses rather than the Doctor and with Doctors like Dr. Kevy I implicitly trust him not only with my sons health care needs but his life. We are so quick to critique others rather than praising them for what they are doing well. If you have had a bad experience express your concerns with them rather than casting your frustration online. These are wonderful Doctors who do wonderful work. So thank you Dr. Kevy you are fantastic and my family and I our blessed to have a pedestrian like you. read more

There is never a sense of being rushed, and she is very attentive to the needs of the child as well as the parents. Very unprofessional. One of our appointments was held in the reception area, as we were the only ones there at the time, and there were toys for the younger child (the non-patient). But then the next appointment walked in before we were done....not exactly a confidential situation! Secondly, our bloodwork showed a dramatic decrease in food allergies. I asked what that would mean for us, and was told to simply be less vigilant with our child's food and not to worry about it (after 5 years of anaphylaxis-level allergy). Requests for records sent to both us and primary physician (for our own allergy follow up) was met with poor communication. I still have not received a copy. The first bill itself took 6 months to be processed, and then stated payment was due in 10 days. In addition, our bill was sent to collections less than 40 days after the first bill arrived in our mail box. We emailed them the day after it arrived, to tell them we just received the first bill and would pay it, but also wanted to check on the status of our records request. Our request for records was sent 2 months before we ever got a bill...and still hasn't been received. read more

Being a worrisome mom It was very refreshing to have all of my concerns addressed no matter how ridiculous some of them may have been. Dr. Kevy wijaya took his time when examining my daughter and made sure I understood what was happening and what things were. So far we love this place. Kevy is amazing. They are hands on, you get to meet with the doctor and they do everything that a nurse would do so my child gets to become comfortable with one person. It's a small place so it's less intimidating for the young ones. I like that it's a smaller practice and they get my kids name right and ask me how my vacation was and know all about her previous baby issues from memory. I love this place. read more

Stepping Stones does a great job of being extremely responsive to any of our concerns. We have a child with muscular dystrophy, so it's not uncomplicated taking care of us, but Kevy does a great job. It's so nice to have a pediatric office that's not a huge factory and takes time with each appointment. read more

He did not mind the craziness of my three boys during the generous time allotted for appointments. He has helped work through some confusing insurance claims and is clearly more interested in kids getting excellent medical care than the money he will make offering it.
