It's not often you get to rave about a circumcision... but let me tell you moms and dads, Dr. Witz is *the guy* in the Seattle area to come to - which are the exact words our OB used when recommending him. And she didn't lead us astray; Dr. Witz and his entire staff were fantastic from first phone call to follow up. Let's put something out there right away - Dr Witz does over 1500 circumcisions a year. And he doesn't work on Mondays. You do the math. If you're looking for a specialist who really knows what he's doing, it doesn't take Malcolm Gladwell to point out that this guy is an expert. But even beyond that, my partner and I couldn't get over how clear and comfortable they made the entire experience. Arranging was simple. An email was sent the day we made the appointment with all of the instructions on what to bring and what to fill out before we came. Nicole checked us in, gave us a full rundown of what to expect, and showed us to our own large private room that was far more comfortable and better decorated than our own nursery. Next Dr Witz came in and explained both the procedure and all the before and after care in detail. Our little dude went in and was back less than 10 minutes later (well, most of him was back), Nicole helped us again with a quick aftercare demo, and that was it! I was dreading it so much you'd think it was my own penis getting sliced, but our little guy didn't seem to mind outside of the fact that it interfered with meal time. (He is my son after all.) Dr Witz and his staff see a ton of patients every day, so my best advice to have as smooth of an experience as we had is to carefully read all of the instructions on what to bring and fill out before coming. I can imagine how annoying it would be for the staff to continually explain that no, they do not have extra diapers and no, they do not have extra antibiotic ointment, and no, they do not have baby tylenol... ad nauseam.

    Happy Penis, Happy baby!

Nicole at the front desk was really responsive during the appointment setting process and was great at the appointment too.

Finding Staci Scott and Village Pediatrics felt like the biggest relief of my life! While dealing…read morewith a very challenging medical situation for our oldest child, we previously had left 2 other practices because we felt that they couldn't meet our needs. It's not an exaggeration to say that Staci came through for us in the biggest way when we felt like we were drowning. She has continued to do so for nearly 10 years and for all four of our children. She always gets us in same day if needed, is punctual, spends a lot of time with us, and never makes us feel rushed. Staci responds to messages same day and gets refills in for us as quickly as humanly possible if I ever drop the ball. Staci has been tireless in her efforts to help us find answers to challenging medical issues, and she is always current on the latest research. She is kind and patient with my children, even on their hardest days. If you have a neurodivergent child, I cannot recommend Staci enough. The front office staff (Katelyn and Sara) are wonderful too. They know me and all of my children on a first name basis, and it feels like they bend over backwards to always help me whenever I am in a bind, whether it's trying to fit me into a very full schedule, get a message to Staci between appointments, deal with insurance, you name it. They are welcoming and kind to my children, and always try to help them find a favorite sticker, no matter how long it might take them to decide . On rare occasions when Staci is unavailable, we have seen other practitioners and have always been pleased with their care. The office is clean and warm and friendly, and feels like a comfortable and safe space to my children. My youngest is 2 and he recently started pretending that one of his cars is named Dr Staci. If one of his brothers has an appointment, he always wants to go too. All of my children would agree, Staci and Village Pediatrics feel like a part of our family in the best way possible.

We saw Staci Scott at Village Pediatrics for ADHD med management and genetic testing review…read more Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience with no useful recommendations. Our teen arrived unwell and we asked if she should wear a mask but were told no (headache, nausea, post-flu), mentioned it repeatedly, but there was no basic empathy or accommodation--no temp check, no relief suggestions, and loud talking continued despite requests for quiet. When our teen felt like vomiting and nearly passing out, the response felt dismissive. The appointment ended abruptly after Staci got upset, stormed out, and left us with no med plan or next steps. Our kid ended up throwing up in the waiting area with no follow-up help or call afterward. We own that our teen was moody (sick + ADHD), but we expected better de-escalation skills, empathy, and flexibility--especially from a specialist in teen ADHD. Lacked strong interpersonal skills and neurodiversity awareness in tough moments. Wouldn't recommend. Look at her google reviews as other families had a similar experience. Kristi the other nurse only works one day a week and the other one left. There's no other "medical" staff so you'll likely be stuck with Staci and no alternatives. We have never seen a single person there in the photo she has of her practice.

I really enjoyed the care my children received before the change in management a short while back…read morebut since there has been big changes, I have noticed shift in quality of care. recently my child broke a bone and we needed the care team to coordinate with our medical in a timely fashion so my child could be properly treated by an orthopedic specialist. I was told that it would be handled by the next day but when I was told to expect a call or call them, It was impossible to get through to them for the durability of a week. prolong my child's ability to get his broken bone treated. when I left a voicemail expressing the urgency, I never received a call back nor any response or apology for dropping the ball when a child cared for by them had a broken bone. I eventually felt unsafe with them caring for my children and found a much better primary care physician who handled everything in just a day. which is also a previous physician that worked at stepping stone while under the previous management. if the management was still under the previous owners, the rating would be much higher.

The staff is great and so helpful explaining things to me. They work really well with my baby regardless of how well rested he is. Scheduling and payment with insurance is easy. They also were happy to decrease frequency when we made progress and want to make sure that we're set developmentally before completing our time with them. My son probably loves this place the most since there are so many fun toys .

Like many others, you CANNOT say anything at your child's wellness exam and have to teach your kids…read morenot to say anything as well or else Alina from billing will charge you an "office visit" fee. My friend got a charge for the provider writing for a referral that they didn't even want. Another friend got charged when their child answered how school was going for them. Anything and everything will be used against you unfortunately. Even a medical form for school requires an extra surcharge. These are our kids and the allegro practice is to have you be silent about any and all concerns you or your child may have.

We had a great doctor eight years ago, but he has since retired. I switched to a new doctor, and…read morealthough there are some questionable practices, overall, I think she is good. Recently, I brought my two kids for their annual health check together, which should have been fully covered by insurance. However, the one-hour visit was billed as four separate visits, including two "professional visits," because some topics discussed during the check-up were deemed "out of scope." This happened despite my explicitly stating that I only wanted an annual health check. And the outcome of these so-called "professional visits" was that the supposed "their concerns" turned out to be false alarms. To make matters worse, they urgently warned us two days later not to take the medication they had just prescribed during the visit. Like many others have noted, their billing department is terrible. The representative I dealt with was arrogant and rude. I escalated the issue to their manager, but no one responded until a week later. Their billing department even "taught" me that I need to ask whether a topic falls within the scope of an annual health visit before answering any questions from the doctor. For example, if the doctor says something like, "I feel your child might be at risk for cancer in the future," or "You kid could have a life-threatening condition in the future," you shouldn't respond--otherwise, you'll be charged for a professional visit. You might as well bring a lawyer with you to your appointment! I would genuinely appreciate it if Allegro could create something similar to a Miranda rights warning for their customers: You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used as a basis to charge you extra.
