And with my kids, I'm in there pretty frequently (like 3 times in the last two weeks.) Dr Anderson is fantastic.

While dealing…read morewith a very challenging medical situation for our oldest child, we previously had left 2 other practices because we felt that they couldn't meet our needs. It's not an exaggeration to say that Staci came through for us in the biggest way when we felt like we were drowning. She has continued to do so for nearly 10 years and for all four of our children. She always gets us in same day if needed, is punctual, spends a lot of time with us, and never makes us feel rushed. Staci responds to messages same day and gets refills in for us as quickly as humanly possible if I ever drop the ball. Staci has been tireless in her efforts to help us find answers to challenging medical issues, and she is always current on the latest research. She is kind and patient with my children, even on their hardest days. If you have a neurodivergent child, I cannot recommend Staci enough. The front office staff (Katelyn and Sara) are wonderful too. They know me and all of my children on a first name basis, and it feels like they bend over backwards to always help me whenever I am in a bind, whether it's trying to fit me into a very full schedule, get a message to Staci between appointments, deal with insurance, you name it. They are welcoming and kind to my children, and always try to help them find a favorite sticker, no matter how long it might take them to decide . On rare occasions when Staci is unavailable, we have seen other practitioners and have always been pleased with their care. The office is clean and warm and friendly, and feels like a comfortable and safe space to my children. My youngest is 2 and he recently started pretending that one of his cars is named Dr Staci. If one of his brothers has an appointment, he always wants to go too. All of my children would agree, Staci and Village Pediatrics feel like a part of our family in the best way possible.

We saw Staci Scott at Village Pediatrics for ADHD med management and genetic testing review…read more Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience with no useful recommendations. Our teen arrived unwell and we asked if she should wear a mask but were told no (headache, nausea, post-flu), mentioned it repeatedly, but there was no basic empathy or accommodation--no temp check, no relief suggestions, and loud talking continued despite requests for quiet. When our teen felt like vomiting and nearly passing out, the response felt dismissive. The appointment ended abruptly after Staci got upset, stormed out, and left us with no med plan or next steps. Our kid ended up throwing up in the waiting area with no follow-up help or call afterward. We own that our teen was moody (sick + ADHD), but we expected better de-escalation skills, empathy, and flexibility--especially from a specialist in teen ADHD. Lacked strong interpersonal skills and neurodiversity awareness in tough moments. Wouldn't recommend. Look at her google reviews as other families had a similar experience. Kristi the other nurse only works one day a week and the other one left. There's no other "medical" staff so you'll likely be stuck with Staci and no alternatives. We have never seen a single person there in the photo she has of her practice.

I really enjoyed the care my children received before the change in management a short while back…read morebut since there has been big changes, I have noticed shift in quality of care. recently my child broke a bone and we needed the care team to coordinate with our medical in a timely fashion so my child could be properly treated by an orthopedic specialist. I was told that it would be handled by the next day but when I was told to expect a call or call them, It was impossible to get through to them for the durability of a week. prolong my child's ability to get his broken bone treated. when I left a voicemail expressing the urgency, I never received a call back nor any response or apology for dropping the ball when a child cared for by them had a broken bone. I eventually felt unsafe with them caring for my children and found a much better primary care physician who handled everything in just a day. which is also a previous physician that worked at stepping stone while under the previous management. if the management was still under the previous owners, the rating would be much higher.

The staff is great and so helpful explaining things to me. They work really well with my baby regardless of how well rested he is. Scheduling and payment with insurance is easy. They also were happy to decrease frequency when we made progress and want to make sure that we're set developmentally before completing our time with them. My son probably loves this place the most since there are so many fun toys .

I have been Dr. Eaman's patient since January 2019 and the experience has been wonderful. As a…read moreTrans Woman I can definitely state that Dr. Eaman is not only a Trans Ally but a Trans Friend. I went to her initially with the intention of only having a consult about Trans Health as I wanted to medically start my transition but was unsure how. I was very awkward and shy as she was only the 2nd person at that time I had come out to. Dr. Eaman was very empathetic and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. At the end of the consult I not only felt more validated in my Gender Identity I resolved to become one of her patients. By August of 2019 I started hormone replacement therapy with her supervision and since then the butterfly has started coming out of her cocoon. I have insurance through my job but I choose to pay $75.00/month to have a doctor who is not only knowledgeable about Trans Health but also sincerely cares about their patients. Instead of having a doctor who rushes in to see you for a few minutes and then rushes back out again you can schedule an appointment for up to an hour and literally spend the entire hour with her without feeling that she is trying to push you out the door to see her next patient. Visiting with her is like paying a visit to a hip friend instead of a daunting experience to the doctor's office. Also, since she cuts out the insurance middleman she has very affordable prices for lab work. You will be pleasantly shocked at how affordable health care can be when you cut greed and bureaucracy out of the equation. Much luv to Dr. Eaman!

We have been coming here for some years now.... The staff here has a very interesting dynamic. I…read morerecently called in for medication and did not receive a call back to let me know if it was filled. When I called back the following Monday to follow up and ask why they didn't inform me, she decided to lie and say they did and didn't leave a message because my vm box was full. My vm box is not full, I even had someone call my phone once we were done to verify. I don't appreciate this dishonesty, just say you dropped the ball. The other issue is the wait time, I arrive to our appointments about 10 min early to get checked in and end up waiting 30-45 min. When I asked to speak to the office manager they refused to let me. I then asked how to file a formal grievance and they refused to share the information for that as well. I then told them that I felt like they were not allowing me to file a complain which I have a right to do, only then they had someone come out to talk to me. I was pretty much told there was nothing they can do about it. I also had a physical form recently filled out. They charged me $20 for, which is fine. What was not okay with me is that the provider didn't even bother to have the medication listed on the physical form... which is kind of the whole point. They also don't collect copays at the time of the appointment. They let MONTHS ago by until they reach out to tell you about a balance from an OV you had at the beginning of the year. I've started the process of finding a new PCP for my children. I don't like the dishonesty and lack of accountability nor do I appreciate paying for services that are just rushed though. Please save yourself the hassle

My family especially enjoys working with Dr. Nicole Launinger, who understands each of our children's unique needs, and offers the best solutions. In addition, their office staff has been very understanding of families' financial situations, and has worked with us to find lower prescription costs and resolve any billing issues. Lastly, I want to thank their staff member, April, for the many follow-up calls that were crucial during our busy schedules. I also want to give a special thanks to their receptionist, Dezz, who went out of her way to assist me when our doctor was out of the office. Dezz's dedication, resourcefulness, and support, were deeply appreciated during the crucial start of this school year. I know that when my children get older and have to move on, they will truly miss the Renton office team. - (BL)

Before that time, I was a patient of a large medical practice in Issaquah for over a decade. I've always tried to eat well and stay fit through exercise. So it has been frustrating that the story I've received every year at my annual checkup from my primary care physician at this large medical practice is the same: some of your biomarkers are higher than ideal and we'll just watch them. No further investigation, no analysis of underlying causes, no next steps at all. After I saw Dr Woodall, I learned for the first time that there were steps that I could take to address the underlying causes of my high biomarkers. The steps that I have taken include both medicines as well as nutritional supplements based on scientific knowledge and lab testing of vitamins and nutrients my body is not absorbing well. And I'm confident that the steps that I have taken will help me stay fit, active, and healthy as I move into an older stage of life. The doctors of the practice take a holistic approach seeking the root causes of ailments rather than merely addressing symptoms as seems to be the norm for many medical practices these days due. If you want to get ahead of health problems instead of dealing with them only after they arise, this is a medical practice that is highly worth investigating.
