I was slightly annoyed but things happen. next day received a call from the installer. he was very rude and belligerent and said I never had an appointment and he didn't know when he could install the hitch. he said it was my fault for not checking. when I pointed out I had an email with the time and date and assurances by the manager they would call if any delays. I also said I understood things happen but didn't appreciate both the receptionist and installer making it sound like this was my fault. "installer said he did t like my attitude and would cancel the order and hung up. was very weird and manager had said my car was difficult to install a hitch on so think the installer was looking for an excuse and just didn't want to do it. extremely poor customer service and strongly tecommend avoiding this uhaul.

Last February they started sending me late payment notices, which I originally thought was humorous as I had them on auto-pay. After 6 weeks of try to figure it out , they told me it was insufficient funds. That was less humorous because my bank didn't know about the insufficient funds and they had no record of Graves attempting to take funds from my account. After another 5 weeks , multiple emails and phone calls I decided to send them a check. Russ, the regional manager, assured me the problem was taken care of. "Not". Same problem showed up again in June with late payment notices. Called Russ back and sent him an email but he evidently either doesn't want to talk to me or can't figure out the problem. It has been another week, another late notice but Russ is no where to be found. Still have the same problem with no one at Graves propane to help me besides the elusive "Russ". I am only a customer and must be low on their priority list. If you are looking for medium or above customer service, try another company.
