Then when I bought a new stove / oven recently and had a handyman hook up the propane, he did not do it properly and the next day I could smell the propane leaking, I called Quality Fuels and they sent a couple of techs out and they had the leak fixed in no time! They don't even have a local office you can go to! Phone calls are sourced out. Having to give 4 pieces of information just to be able to discuss your account is crazy.
