3 years ago we hired wizards to inspect our new property and make sure it was up to code, and…read moreeverything was safe and to clean the chimney ,there was an older man who was an expert who had done it for years, and he went over everything, inspected everything in both houses meticulously and cleaned it and gave us 100 percent safety check and said it was all perfect. today on February 18, 2025 we had them come just to do a chimney cleaning. They had a novice young man that had been working for five months come and inspect our fireplace and he said it was illegal and red tagged it ,this is really disappointing, considering the more experienced man that we asked to inspect it all and give us a safety inspection passed. and the young novice spent hours standing there, measuring and red tagged it saying it was not upto code. we will not be using or referring this company.

070920 I bought a used 2011 Genie boomlift, Z-45/25J-IC, for $27k. I was assured they would look it…read moreover and fix things that needed fixing. Before I paid for it, they did agree to replace the decal on the platform control panel. The propane tank was missing and they replaced it. They delivered it from Show Low to my ranch in Payson, it had 2858 hrs on it. Within the first hour of use, I had no ability to drive or steer it. They made promises of technical assistance, a Service tech will call you, we'll sent a shop truck by and fix it . . . blah, blah, blah. I ended up replacing the drive and steer joystick for $323 (1). The drive enable RED light on the platform control panel was burnt out and the lens was broken (2). The RED oil pressure light in the ground control box was broken and didn't work ($58) (3). I replaced the Check engine light (4) and found a lean code, then found and replaced a bad vacuum cap on the intake manifold (5). I replaced a $326 hose from the new (empty) propane tank to the intake manifold on the engine (6). They could not tell me if the tires had foam or sealer. I was told to take the valve stem out and see what comes out. All of the tires inflation varied by 25 lbs. Last, more than a third of the safety stickers were white with no writing. According to the sticker, the last oil charge was done at 2139 hrs, some 720 hrs ago. In the first five hours of operation, I spent $707 to fix major issues. When I brought all of this to their attention, I was told, "good thing we gave you that last discount!" I won't be back.

The speed limit is 15 mph through the roundabout and the law is that a vehicle yields to anyone in the circle. I was in the circle and your truck did not slow down or yield and sped through the roundabout causing me and others to yield so that we were not hit. The truck was white and truck number is T110. The license plate number is 8KA6V1. I think you would agree that killing a child outside of an elementary school would be pretty bad publicity for your company. Please ask your driver to be respectful and careful so we are all safe. I tried calling your corporate office and your number is not working.
