There was a few spots we had leaking that my husband was able to seal up, they were at connection points which is guess can happen. That didn't make me feel any different about this company. Had I noticed it within the warranty period they would have take care of it. Either way we currently have no issues with the gutters. We clean our gutters every few weeks because the neighbors around all have pine trees that we end up having tons of pine needles from. One thing that was amazing about Acme is that they saved us money by repurposing old gutter we did have, for the shed. I can appreciate a company saving me money like that! These folks are local residents here, who value serving their small town! I'm so glad I chose them over bigger companies! I find that their price to place gutters on my entire house was far more reasonable than other companies I had called. So I would 100% recommend Acme Gutters!

Peter from Gunsite Roofing told all their company did. The extras they did, like replacing vents and flashing. He and his brother, Michael, owned the business. They had been in business longer and their father had a roofing company that they worked at before; so they seemed like they had more experience. Their price was competitive with the other company we compared. They brought the materials out using fork lift to take it up to the roof. The special fork lift could be back and the upper part moved it to the roof so they didn't disturb the area close to the house. The driver was skilled and got it super close yet never touched the roof. The workers did drop it a bit hard which scared me but I was reassured it was not a problem. They moved it to areas on the roof where it would be used. The next day it rained but, luckily, all materials were sealed. They came back a few days later and started the job and finished it in about 5 hours. There was a spot on the peak that I felt looked odd to me. It didn't bother my husband but Michael said he would come back a couple days later to check if the heat had settled the peak. It didn't so he fixed it. This shows they stand behind their work doing what it takes to make the customer happy. We will be taking after video with a drone (as soon as the wind dies down) and post both the before and after shots. I definitely would use Gunsite Roofing again and would recommend them. I am happy with the work they did, the price and their commitment to the customer.

About a year later, I contacted them again to install one more downspout where I was having overflow issues with heavier rainfall. They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.
