Equally important their people are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond to understand the issues, solve the problem and provide amazing customer service. I called Slade to get help with water leaking inside along the fireplace chimney. I got an immediate call back from Jordan Beal. Jordan made it a priority to personally come to my cabin, get on the roof, and inspect the chimney. Slade hadn't installed my relatively new roof. Jordan called me, sent pictures, told me what he'd found, and made temporary repairs. That's customer service at its best and he refused to send me any invoice. I will absolutely go to Slade Roofing for ANY future roofing needs and recommend them to everyone I know. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and great products and customer service. Thanks Slade Roofing and Jordan Beals.

I called a couple of times to ask when the crew would get scheduled. I was always told that they aren't sure when the crew would actually come out to do the work. Understandable, they're busy. But a month or so later, with zero warning, the crew came out to do the job. Why not notify me? They proceeded to compelte only half the job and left the outside of the house littered with rusted nails and trim for several weeks. For what little they did install, it was not all installed correctly. I call them they need to fix certain parts of the installation. I asked if they could put a weather barrier up given the monsoons were coming. No response. Several weeks later, I finally get someone back out after calling and calling. They came to finish the job, but same issue - the trim wasn't installed correctly. Not only this, but one of the crew members broke my window. They said they would replace it for free. I spoke with Briggett and she re-assured me that they would resolve it. I let them come by, and they finish the job with the superintendent. I must say, this has been such a ridiculous effort.
