After getting two other bids we chose Quality 1st for their comprehensive and competitive bid. Two days after that we hired them and paid the 50% deposit. Two days after that the materials were delivered to our home and stacked on the house and garage roofs. Five days later the crew showed up and did the tear-off of the old shingles, repair and painting of several fascia boards, and installation of new Snow & Ice barrier, underlayment and high-quality GAF shingles in ONE DAY, in 25-35 mph winds and 40° weather!
