I intend to report them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. Why? Shady Business Practice: I was charged contractor prices for sloppy work. Their lack of planning and communication with the Electrician and Plumber cost me $1000's in travel fees. No Transparency: Ask for ALL the return receipts as well as itemized charges of work done. I was charged for work that was not completed. Look for hidden charges. They use Unskilled Handymen that needed training and supervision that Rene did not provide. Don't let Alejandro or Isidro work in your home. I had to micromanage them daily to get the work done right. The Quality of Work was so poor my husband and I had to redo much of the work as well as clean up all the paint and glue they slopped all over. No Detailing was done: No silicone around the shower/tub, No sanding or staining of trim, rough uneven cuts on wood trim and tile. The list goes on and on!! Disgruntled Customers, Liz and Richard

We're having tongue and groove "paneling" put up in the living room and bedroom, and tongue and groove wainscoting in the dining and family rooms. That is when the excuses and delays began, which went on for almost 3 weeks until he finally stopped returning my calls or texts. But yet, he was available to work elsewhere and provide quotes. I wish I could be writing a rave review about the quality of his work, but when a person exhibits a lack of professionalism and has no integrity at all, it's just best to forgo everything and move on to someone you can trust.
