Josh came out and repaired both of our toilets very quickly, and he was very knowledgeable. We told him what was happening and he knew exactly what needed to be done. We had a leak under our house that was caused by improper ceiling of the wax ring underneath our toilet. He pulled both toilets off. Replaced both rings and replaced the broken handles that supplied the water to them. I felt he was very reasonably priced. We were charged $325 for parts and labor. He said that's what he would do and offered to buy the parts for me since I wanted to do it myself. He got the parts, and it was an easy install.
