After our first ever problem that Josh corrected on the spot, we followed up with maintenance offered through their care plan which brought Josh out again for a cleaning of the whole unit as well as our home vent system. Josh didn't disappoint as he methodically filmed his way both inside and out of our home. He provided complete videos of all our components ratings each key part individually, while examining them he discovered our "sequencer" only had two of its three phases working (listen to me speak HVAC lingo). When concluding his operation he gave us a written estimate to replace the defective part, checked for its availability, and confirmed an appointment with us to return.
