If I could give zero stars, I would. We didn't choose this company (our contractor did) and the…read morework performed was far below acceptable. They left with both our AC and heater not working on our original unit, despite claiming everything was functioning. It clearly wasn't. When our heater wasn't working, they first told us that our unit was too old and therefore needed to be replaced. The real issue was they had left a huge piece of foam lodged in our vent during construction and never removed it. Then when it came time for us to need the AC to work, it didn't either. Our refrigerant line was vented and re‑vented, leaving multiple kinks throughout, there was a refrigerant leak as well. On top of that, they didn't even bother reconnecting our unit (literally all the lines had been cut and never reconnected), so although the system was technically "running", nothing was actually happening. And now, on our brand‑new unit that they installed, they failed to hook up the A2L sensor. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

So many contractors don't even want to make the trip out to Concho, but they did -- and with such a positive attitude. What initially seemed like a water heater issue turned out to be a serious wiring problem. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix it, but they also repaired faulty wiring to another appliance. Their expertise and thoroughness likely prevented a potential house fire. Thanks to Russell and Sons, an entire family now has warm water and, more importantly, a safer home. We are incredibly thankful for their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
