This company compares themselves to Direct TV, kind of a switch and bait deal. We have used this company for two years now. Last time a technician was to come out and didn't was because he called in sick to company and didn't bother calling us to say he would have to cancel for the day, so we waited all day for nothing! The time before he came out was to fix a leaking (he said) valve, but the tank was supposed to be empty...it read empty on the gauge. He told us it still had way to much in it to work on and if we lived in the country more he would expel propane into the air but since we lived in town, it was to dangerous. So he told me he would come back when the pilot light went out on my furnace. In the meantime we get a bill for a $186.00. 1 hour labor for 110.00, dispatch call for 59.99, reclaiming fee 6.00 which wasn't done or he could have worked on it that day. And a charge for something else, don't remember. Anyway just to let everyone know, that we have had two other leaks on this same tank, including new plumbing to the house, with this company. Seems to us they are just making up work for themselves and sending out outrageous bills to their customers. We are no longer with this company. read more
