We asked for a gate on the front of our home with a latch so we can access the backyard from the front. It's a 12 ft gate for RV access, trailer access and spare vehicle access. The gate was installed with no front latch. We have detailed communication and a photo of the latch that was to be installed provided by the business owner. As it is today we have to park the vehicle in front of the gate, enter in through the home, out the back door and then around the house to open the gate in order to park vehicles. It's a gate to the backyard with no exterior entrance. It would be the equivalent of a front door to a home with no ability to enter it. The business owner has agreed to put a latch on but now for an additional price! We will be contacting the better business bureau. Please be aware this is not a business that is exercising what it communicates will happen. We do not recommend this business unfortunately as the gate is solid and what we agreed to, it just minus the latch so it's not usable. This gate to the yard is used multiple times a day.

You've seen the photos I provided that show where the holes in the frame of the solar panels fall outside the cross bar that they were supposed to attach to.
