Love love love the Wong brothers dentistry. They are the best dentists I've ever had! Dr. Stephen Wong is very kind and friendly. This is truly a family dentistry that makes me feel right at home. They are fair and honest with prices. I've had both doctors and they're both awesome. Easy to get appointments too. I found out his son is coming in to work at this family business, which is really cool! Front desk staff is kind and helpful as well. They have a parking lot, which is always a win in the Bay Area. read more

I live in Antioch. I drive all the way to San Pablo to see Dr. S. Wong. My spouse sees Dr. Marty Wong. Both Dentists and their Staff are professional and personable. I look at how the clean and sterile areas look when I walk in. Sterility of dental instruments is of prime importance to me! Their work area is clean and I see that the staff sanitizes equipment after every use. I promise Doc.. to floss.. regularly. See you in 6 months! :-D read more

Dr Steve has been my dentist for over 20 years. I have seen his practice from the beginning and I would not trust anyone else but him to take care of my teeth. He has done crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions and regular checkups on me. He has treated both my children as well and he made going to the dentist an unstressful situation. He is a very gentle and competent dentist. I hate shots but it is bearable when Dr. Steve gives them. His work is excellent and if my crown comes back even slightly off color, he has it redone for me. He cares about his patients and treats them with with the best dental procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Steve for anyone, adults or children. read more

Dr. Steve IS my dentist. Not once have I said OUCH while he's working on my teeth, whether it's filling a cavity, routine cleaning, installing a crown or most recently extracting a broken molar. I highly recommend Dr. Steve & his friendly crew for any dental work ! read more

Dr. Wong is such a great dentist. We live in Vallejo but prefer to still cross the bridge when any of us need to go to the dentist. My husband chipped his tooth last month, and Dr. Wong fit him into his schedule first thing the very next morning. My husband ABSOLUTELY refuses to go to the dentist, so it means A LOT for my husband to go and see Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong is very personable and makes sure you know and understand what he is working on. He is highly recommended! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Wong for almost 10 years now. He is a perfectionist, which is a key quality a dentist should have. No matter what I come in for (cleaning, filling, crown) he makes sure I leave his office happy with the result. He takes his time to make sure all of my fillings look just like a real tooth- to this day I can't even tell which teeth he has worked on because it looks that good. In addition, he never pressures me to opt for a more expensive procedure. Instead he explains into great detail on the pros and cons of each treatment options and answers all of my questions before he starts. He is also very down to earth and converses with me about anything (food, gym, etc), which is great because it takes away the awkward silence I get from the previous dentists I've seen. Very cool to know that he actually tries to connect with his patients. I can't forget his great staff. They are all very friendly and welcomes you as soon as you walk in. They are also very well educated on all of the dental procedures and are able to answer a lot of my questions over the phone. They are great with providing me estimates on all the work before I come in. I also see them laughing/joking a lot with both doctors which shows me that they have a great working environment. I could go on and on about all the great experiences I have had with this office, but it'll take me forever. I have referred all of my family and friends to both doctors because they are they only ones I trust with my teeth. Don't wait and go visit them! read more

I've been going to this office for more than twenty years. I don't hesitate to recommend this place.

My parents, sisters, and I have been going to the Wong's for 10+ years now. We see both Dr. Stephen Wong and Dr. Martin Wong and they are both wonderful!!! They always have a friendly staff and clean office. They are very gentle when having any work done (I have soft teeth so I have had many fillings, and even root canals done over the years from them) and explain step by step what they are doing. I would highly recommend the Wongs to anyone that are in need of finding a new dentist! read more

I have been a patient of both Dr. Stephen and Martin Wong for literally 20 years. My whole family and a few friends are also patients. Even though I have moved from the East Bay, I continue to see their office because they are always thorough, patient and kind. I have had the routine dental checks and fillings and they always try and make it as painless as possible, while chatting and distracting me! They are both wonderful dentists and I would definitely recommend them! read more

Man-oh-man! I've never had a dentist I looked forward to seeing before. Dr. Wong is friendly, kind and easy on the gums.

I was a patient here for 15 years and was happy with the service until my last visit in September 2016 when they let me know that we had a balance on our account. And they couldn't tell me how it had happened. They took months to send me a bill. They sent the bill in 2017 and it was for over $500. The invoice was for treatments going back to 2014! They hadn't billed me correctly in 3 years?! To make matters worse about four weeks after receiving the FIRST invoice we got a FINAL NOTICE! They were going to send our bill to collections if we didn't pay the amount in full. When I made the final payment and told them we would not be going back they said what happened was that they had a virus and that's why they hadn't billed us correctly in 3 years. This was after asking for an explanation 8 months ago. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

Let me tell you that never, ever will you receive less than stellar service from them. They are always courteous and professional with you. Every patient receives nothing but kindness and patience from each member of Dr. Steve's staff. I used to hate going to the Dentist. Why? Because I was scared to death of the procedures. Since Dr. Steve has been my Dentist, I can't say I love the procedures, but I sure do enjoy my visits and I'm no longer afraid. Dr. Steve and his staff treat you like family...not an ATM machine. Since they treat me like I'm a member of their family, I feel that I am a member. Do yourself a favor. You can't find a better dr than Stephen Wong. My family and I have been with him for over 29 years. He is honest, caring, and when we need him he is there to helps us. As an example of how wonderful he is ; last January I need a root canal and went to see a specialist (female, who's name I can't remember) at Shadelands Endodontics, and after charging me for a "better " x-ray to identify any problems she said I only needed one root canal. However, once it was done she said I needed another one, well I called Steve and was able to see him and determine that I did NOT need a root canal . I used to live in San Pablo and now we live in Sparks,Nevada and we drive to see him for our dental needs . My husband, children and grandchildren love Steve Wong and his staff . Thank u Sandra,Carmen, Stephany and all others. read more

I have been going to Stephen and Martin's dentist practice since I was a little kid. I currently live in San Francisco and will gladly make the trip to San Pablo to get my teeth checked out by them and only them! They are honest, kind and professional. read more

I've been coming to see Dr. Stephen Wong for a decade now and I cannot say enough good things about his office. His staff is always gracious, friendly, and very kind and they always leave a goody bag for their patients. Dr. Wong himself is one of the sweetest, kindest people you'll ever meet and he always gives you his honest opinion, even if it means he won't make any money off of you. I love how he genuinely seems to care about his patients. I definitely recommend going here for all your dental needs! read more

I came for my first visit today; I have had absolutely horrible experiences in the past with dentists and was very nervous---but Dr. Wong made me feel very comfortable. I was very surprised that I only waited about 5 minutes to be called in. At other offices I would unfortunately wait about an hour to be called in. Not here! That was a definite plus in my book. Finding his office is a bit tricky though--his office/suite is located in the same building as a Concentra Urgent Care. You have to enter the building and take the elevator to the second floor to get to his office. After my xrays were taken, Dr. Wong began by explaining what dentists generally look for in the X-rays while showing me and giving examples with my own, and then proceeded with the check-up. I have been hurt and traumatized by plenty of dentists in the past but Dr. Wong was extremely gentle and even though I had a small chip in my tooth he was not "pushy," and told me that in all honesty I didn't need it filled now, but later down the line I would, and that it was up to me if I wanted to wait or not. I really appreciated this because I have had "pushy" dentists before, who tell me I need something done right away, and when I would get a second opinion I was told I didn't need anything done at all. I appreciated Dr. Wong's honesty and professionalism. Also, Carmen and Michael were very friendly and extremely welcoming. I have been sold and will be keeping Dr. Wong as my primary dentist. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone as well. read more
