Please allow me to elaborate. Customer service Matt strives to make a customer for life, not just for a transaction. When you call, he typically picks up and if he doesn't, you can bet to get a call back shortly. If your buying a car and don't want to get sold on gap insurance, he'll offer to have everything lined up so after your purchase the insurance is just a phone call away, even on the weekend. If you have questions, he answers. All sounds pretty simple right? However, to find that level of customer service these days is pretty rare, and once you found it you want to keep it.
