I shopped around, asked for quotes…read moreonline, over the phone, through email and created an excel spreadsheet with all 32 quotes from insurance companies and the possible permutations of insurance coverage (bodily injury, property, medical,etc). Of all the insurance companies I've spoken to and came in contact with, this company was the most honest, the most patient and didn't push me to purchase coverage I did not need. I shot the agent 4 or 5 emails with different levels of coverage and he was more than happy to run the numbers for me. But this is not to say that you should go into buying car insurance blindly without having done your own research. If you want a great deal and make this process less painful, do your research, understand the terms and what coverage you get, and ask the agent questions! You'll be more happy with your final decision =)

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience…read more We contacted this State Farm agency multiple times simply to coordinate a survey appointment with their insured. I was not asking for private information -- I simply wanted them to contact their insured themselves and provide our phone number so the insured could reach out to us directly to coordinate the appointment. Instead, representatives repeatedly hung up on us before we could finish speaking. On the final call, after politely asking, "Please let me finish," a male representative told me that I "smell really bad," and repeated the comment twice before ending the call. As someone with a foreign accent, I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and disturbing. I believe State Farm should not stand behind this kind of behavior or employ representatives who make comments that come across as discriminatory and racist. No one should be treated this way while trying to communicate professionally. I hope management takes this matter seriously.

I have relied on Dion not only for my family's health insurance needs but have also referred…read moreseveral friends and relatives to her services without issue in the past. However, recently it has become increasingly difficult to receive a return call from her or her office. I nearly missed the deadline to change my Medicare plan because, according to Dion, she had been busy. While I understand that business demands can increase, I expressed to her that this explanation was not professional. If she was unavailable, I should have been informed by her or her staff so that I could have sought assistance elsewhere. Keeping clients waiting until the last minute--especially when I had only one day remaining to enroll--is unacceptable. I had left messages months in advance and made multiple attempts to follow up with both her and her office. I have also heard similar concerns from relatives I referred. Business growth is certainly positive, but it should not come at the expense of client service and communication.

Brandon's team is not only helpful, they helped us maneuvered and stayed every step of the way during our water loss claim on one of our policies. Never once have they ghosted us or neglected our inquiries either via email or phone call. We are very thankful to have such great insurance company and agent. Henry in the past couple of weeks has been patiently and meticulously reviewed all of my policies, answered and provided explanations to my every single question. I've been working with Henry Ha at this office and am very pleased with the service I'm receiving. Henry is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, customer-focused, patient and his follow up skills are superb. He makes the time to listen, understand the customer's needs, and answers all questions in a timely manner.
