Bad communication and not enough staff. They forgot to contact us and remind about the swallow combs, so problems kept happening. This is real, not made up. They keep getting chances but keep disappointing. Staff skills are uneven. Long-term customers are very unhappy -- please fix this or offer other options. read more

This month I had to call for the same reason and I was lucky enough to speak to Tamika. She went over and beyond to help me. She did things my first caller told me I could not do. Wretched. These people are overcharging their customers! I was with them for almost 5 years, they continued to up my premium without telling me. I was rear-ended last year and they increased my premium $250 because I was the one reversing. (My car was smashed by a woman going 30mph in a parking lot when I was already 5 feet out of the parking space. I got a new premium the other day and my payment for one month for two cars was $600! With one accident on my record! I switched carriers and saved $400/month. Do not use this company. read more

Even drove to my house to take pics of my cars and get the mileage cause there was a tight deadline and I couldn't get both cars to them at the same time! Jacky showed up on time and was very professional. Just dealt with Aki for my umbrella policy and she was really patient with me and my questions. Got my policy taken care of and explained to me quickly and efficiently! It really is just my dumb luck that I was transferred over to their office when my former agent retired! Thank you Eddy and Grace for taking good care of me for the past 4 plus years. One of the few places that are open on the on Saturday's, as my schedule was so busy during the weekdays. Eddy explained why my rate was higher than usual due to the area I lived in, and it make sense, because we can all agree Oakland is not very friendly to people cars and windows, but was able to provide with a great rate. After I moved, Grace was able adjust my policy with even better protection and a lower rate. And dealing with All state with their claims, I thought it was going to be a nightmare, it was super simple and easy with my windows being smashed during the height of the pandemic and my catalytic converter be copped of months later.
