Unfortunately the owner is a really difficult person to communicate and deal with it.

This man is so rude. I came in for measurements and he did everything so quick and sent me off. As I was sitting in the car I realized that I didn't understand the measurements he wrote , so I drove back and kindly asked him if he could explain and he yelled at me. I told him I was leaving out the country and I need to know what's on this paper before I send the information he said I don't need to know anything crossed stuff out on the paper and picked up his personal phone that was ringing and brushed me off with his hand. My mom has been going there for over 10 years I am upset! If I could give 0 stars I would. I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with Stephano's mastery as a tailor, that I'm compelled to share. I had a beautiful suit coat that was too tight due to weight gain. I took the coat to Stephano and he said he could only let 2 1/2 because of the available fabric. When I picked up the coat, Stephano greeted me warmly and told me he'd been able to squeeze 4" out of the coat. It now fits like a custom tailored coat having previously been too small. I've been going to Stephano for all my tailoring needs for several years now. He is amazing! This week I brought a dress for alteration, not only he did an amazing job with a very complicated alteration but he also worked within my very tight time frame, he had it finished within 2 days. Yesterday, I went to pick up my dress but I was late and his alteiare was already closed. I called and explained that the wedding is today, I lost track of time and needed the dress, he was on the freeway going home, he turned around and came back to give me my dress. I'm very grateful for that. I also learned if you're running late, call him and let him know and he'll leave your clothes next door at the cleaners, they close a little later than he does. read more

First time the guy was able to tailor my uniform for me in the same day; but he didn't call me to tell me they were done. I specifically told him that the pant leg could not touch the shoe -- no break in the seam. So I find out that he didn't hem them to the right length. So I brought them back to have them brought up even more. I told him I need them by the next day because I was leaving to go out of town for drill. The next day, again he doesn't call me. I go to his shop and he is closed. Now I have no pants to wear for my drill. Not very happy at all. Why can't this guy call his customers? read more

He is number one in the valley. He made some pillows cover and one huge bench cover that made my kitchen so beautiful. He is great tailor.

I brought a dress to get it hem and he did a poor job. It's a short dress so you can tell where the hem line is, and it also looked like he made an attempt to sew it and then undo the sewing, so there were holes in between where he sew the dress. I didnt bother to complain bc the mistake was unfixable. I ended up purchasing a new dress. read more

This place is a hidden gem! I needed a last minute alteration on a dress that I was going to wear to a wedding party the same night. My usual go-to taylor just happened to be closed. So, I went on Yelp and found Stephano. I doubted that he would be able to do the work for me in such a short period of time, but I was wrong! He immediately had me put the dress on and pinned it. The dress was ready in 2 hours! Three quality of the work was excellent and the charge was very reasonable.
