Then no one must check the voicemail because I've never gotten a call back. I've literally been on hold for 2 hours total yesterday, and going on a half an hour today plus a voicemail. She was such a pillar to lean on while my by now teenaged daughter was struggling a lot with mental health and other issues. I sent an email and waited on hold 9 different times for a total of 35 minutes, and no one ever picked up or called me back. No indication the office was closed. This is inexcusable when they're in the business of caring for sick infants and children (if you're closed, let us know so we can find other care?).
