I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. I definitely recommend Dr. Falcone if you need an Gyn.

Dr. Falcone doesn't deliver babies anymore & I only need her for GYN needs as I'm not looking to get pregnant. She always arrives in the exam room with a big smile, she's super friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & doesn't make you feel rushed. She's a great listener to any concerns or questions I have. One time when I arrived for my yearly exam I was super stressed after getting some bad news from my job & she actually took the time to let me confide in her on what was going on. This was so appreciated & she didn't need to do this for me, thank you because it helped to talk about the issue with the 1st human I happened to come in contact with after getting the phone call from my boss. I did have an issue with a staff member while waiting to be seen last year. She didn't normally work the front desk but she had a horrible demeanor & wasn't very professional. I did find out today that she no longer works there & that the doctor's had replaced their staff due to having too many issues with them so if you have run into any issues with them please give the doctor's another chance. I even had an issue getting a hold of my MD's MA last year & scheduling an appointment earlier this year. It does make it hard for patient's when they love their doctor but not their staff & unfortunately unprofessional, uneducated & rude staff can affect their practice. I was glad to know that something has been done about it. I love how they have their own lab in house so I don't have far to go when I want blood work done with my yearly exam. The phlebotomist has always been really nice, professional, gentle & friendly. I don't usually have to wait long to be called back & review home meds & what I'm in the office for. I do find it odd that the only vitals that the MA takes is your weight & blood pressure. No heart rate, respirations, temp. or your height. I have run into having trouble in not being able in getting an appointment for a "problem" in a timely manner which can be frustrating if it's something that needs attention & may be gone by the time you do get an appointment. I like when doctor's leave some extra time in their day to fill these requests. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr. Falcone after having my previous, young GYN retire back in 2020. 5 STARS for Dr. Falcone!! Thank you!

Before Dr. Julie left this practice, it was a great place. Unfortunately, my experience has changed…read moresince I was switched to Dr. Foster. While Dr. Foster is a competent provider during face-to-face appointments, reaching him for follow-up or any other reason is nearly impossible. After my first appointment with Dr. Foster, he ordered hormone testing and assured me that he would call with the results and send the HRT prescription to my pharmacy. However, after waiting for two weeks without a call, I reached out to the office. They informed me that I had to schedule another appointment to discuss the results and obtain the prescription--completely contrary to what Dr. Foster had told me. I had to schedule an unnecessary additional appointment and pay a second co-pay of over $70 to get the prescription that should have been handled over the phone. After taking the prescribed medication for three weeks, I began bleeding for the first time in two or three years, with blood clots and severe cramping. Concerned, I called the office and asked to speak with the medical assistant or nurse for Dr. Foster. Instead, I was sent to a voicemail where I left message. When I received no response, I called back in the afternoon and was told they would send a message to the medical assistant. Still, I received no response. Evening time now, Worried, I called a nurse line through my insurance, and they advised me to go to the hospital right away. At the hospital, I was told that the bleeding was due to the medication needing adjustment. I immediately contacted Dr. Foster's office again, only to be told that I would have to wait until next week when the doctor returns from surgery. Am I really expected to endure this bleeding and discomfort all weekend until the doctor is available? The poor communication and lack of timely care have made it clear that I need to find a new provider. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. In addition to the extra $70 I had to pay for the follow-up appointment, I now also have an emergency bill that will likely be in the thousands.

Main Character Energy--In the Best Way Possible…read more I don't even know where to start because "thank you" feels way too small for what Dr. Rosenbaum has been to me. From the very beginning, she went so far beyond what any doctor is expected to do that it honestly felt like I had someone in my corner at all times. Not just medically--but emotionally too. I'm someone who gets really anxious with doctors and medical situations, and she saw that immediately. And instead of brushing it off or rushing through appointments like so many do, she stepped in--again and again--without ever being asked. There were moments where she absolutely didn't have to get involved, but she did anyway. She advocated for me, she reassured me, and she made me feel safe in situations where I otherwise would've been overwhelmed. The fact that she even came to the ER for me says everything about the kind of doctor--and person--she is. Who does that anymore? That's not just professionalism, that's genuine care. One thing that will always stay with me is how much attention she gave during my C-section. She took extra time on the final layer of stitching because I have a tattoo, and she wanted it to look perfect. That level of detail, patience, and respect for something that mattered to me... I've honestly never experienced anything like that in healthcare before. Most people would've just finished and moved on--but not her. She also never pressured me into decisions. When it came to delivery, she supported my choice to wait, fully respected my wishes, and made me feel like I had control over my own experience--even though things didn't end up going exactly how I planned. That kind of support is rare, and it meant everything to me. And she didn't just disappear after the surgery--she came to see me every single day. Not rushed, not distant, but present, kind, and genuinely invested in how I was doing. If I had to sum it up: she is the kind of doctor people hope to find but almost never do. She has that rare mix of skill, compassion, attention to detail, and actual heart. She made one of the most intense and vulnerable experiences of my life feel safe, supported, and human. She's not just an amazing doctor--she's the best doctor I've ever met in my life. Truly. If you're under her care, you are beyond lucky.

With so many built in inherent snafus and neglectful approaches to women's health and wellness, it's hard to come across a provider who is not only intelligent and up on current advances as well as a good listener and empathetic. Dr Rosenbaum covered all those areas. I was seen. I was heard. I'll admit, I almost thought of gatekeeping her, but I could not do that to all the girlies out there. This review is for Dr Rosenbaum. Unfortunately the NW WHASN location is a totally contradictory experience. She also is at the Pinto location, I'll try to see her there the next time

I called and said all the services I wanted done prior to coming in, and the receptionist reiterated to me which services I wanted done and then charged me $150 upon entering, I assumed this was the total for the services she JUST confirmed with me. Then I get called back into the little room and the nurse tells me it's going to be almost $400 extra for my service?! I told her I paid at the front already and I'm confused because why didn't the receptionist tell me that the services were going to cost extra? I would have paid upfront because I wanted them done but now you've taken me into the back and I assume I paid for everything and you're going to blindside me? Felt like they were trying to rob me without a gun. The nurse leaves the room and tells the doctor (right outside my door, mind you...I heard them lowkey talking shit about my finances but whatever) . Doctor comes in, she's immediately got an attitude and starts off with "you don't have the money for the services you want?" ...rude as hell. I have the money, but I didn't appreciate being BLINDSIDED and lied too. I was so tempted to walk out at that point but I knew I wouldn't get a refund so I just bit my tongue and stayed. She gave me a quick maybe 1 minute look, said I look fine, it 100% felt like she was brushing me off and stopped caring about even giving me an exam when I didn't want to proceed with the extra add-on services. It felt like she tried to pressure me into getting the tests the whole time I was there (which it look me longer to get undressed/dressed than our whole appointment even went if that tells you how fast she brushed me off) then suggested if I can't afford tests here that I should check welfare... I felt so disrespected. So I will absolutely never come back here. It felt like a total SCAM. Disrespectful and rude staff all around. If you'd like to go here just make sure that you're perfect because otherwise you'll be looked down on. I'm so mad that I paid $150 for absolutely nothing. Robbery. I had a friend refer me here, after telling her how it went she's never coming back here either. This was insane. If the receptionist was trained better and said "$150 is base pay and any extras will be $__ more" THEN I WOULD HAVE PAID THE FUCKING $500 BEFORE I WENT INTO THE EXAM ROOM!!!!! My biopsy results were never relayed back to me and I never heard anything from Legacy again, but I did hear from the hospital, so I scheduled the LEEP procedure for Oct (that was the soonest they had available). I moved to AZ in the summer of 2025 and scheduled an OBGYN appointment for some weird symptoms (which I had been complaining to Legacy about for months) and the new OB urgently sent me to an oncologist (I had an appt within DAYS) where they confirmed Stage 3A cervical cancer and a 7cm vaginal tumor. My new OBGYN said the tissue that was biopsied was visually cancerous and should never have been cut into. I am currently in cancer treatment and THANK GOD I moved to AZ and got a second opinion.
