The location is super convenient for running errands, as places like the post office and UPS are minutes away. The initial scheduling was easy. I requested an appointment online and they reached out via phone to confirm the appointment and gather info. Check-in online was also really easy. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my 1:15pm appointment, but the doors were locked until 1:00pm due to the lunch break. Luckily I didn't have to wait long. A lot of people were waiting in line to check in, but check-in was really quick. There was plenty of seating in the waiting area and a spacious accessible bathroom. The wait after the actual appointment time was only about 10 minutes. The practitioner who brought me to the room and did vitals and initial notes was really friendly and helped me feel comfortable. The room itself seemed like it needed an update. It seemed clean enough but a little rough around the edges. It wasn't very comforting if you were going off look and feel alone. Once I was in the check-up room, I didn't wait much longer for Nurse Garcia. She was very friendly, energetic, and she made the appointment as comfortable as possible for me. There were some things she needed to pass along for a future appointment with the gynecologist, but she did offer helpful details about my condition as well as a prescription that I read beforehand could be helpful. I felt like I could trust her expertise. All-in-all, the appointment went smoothly and I wouldn't mind returning based on my first experience here!

Dr. Falcone doesn't deliver babies anymore & I only need her for GYN needs as I'm not looking to get pregnant. She always arrives in the exam room with a big smile, she's super friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & doesn't make you feel rushed. She's a great listener to any concerns or questions I have. One time when I arrived for my yearly exam I was super stressed after getting some bad news from my job & she actually took the time to let me confide in her on what was going on. This was so appreciated & she didn't need to do this for me, thank you because it helped to talk about the issue with the 1st human I happened to come in contact with after getting the phone call from my boss. I did have an issue with a staff member while waiting to be seen last year. She didn't normally work the front desk but she had a horrible demeanor & wasn't very professional. I did find out today that she no longer works there & that the doctor's had replaced their staff due to having too many issues with them so if you have run into any issues with them please give the doctor's another chance. I even had an issue getting a hold of my MD's MA last year & scheduling an appointment earlier this year. It does make it hard for patient's when they love their doctor but not their staff & unfortunately unprofessional, uneducated & rude staff can affect their practice. I was glad to know that something has been done about it. I love how they have their own lab in house so I don't have far to go when I want blood work done with my yearly exam. The phlebotomist has always been really nice, professional, gentle & friendly. I don't usually have to wait long to be called back & review home meds & what I'm in the office for. I do find it odd that the only vitals that the MA takes is your weight & blood pressure. No heart rate, respirations, temp. or your height. I have run into having trouble in not being able in getting an appointment for a "problem" in a timely manner which can be frustrating if it's something that needs attention & may be gone by the time you do get an appointment. I like when doctor's leave some extra time in their day to fill these requests. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr. Falcone after having my previous, young GYN retire back in 2020. 5 STARS for Dr. Falcone!! Thank you!

I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. I told him to proceed with removing my ovaries AND fallopian tubes (Salpingo-oophorectomy). After surgery I continued to have pain. Told Dr. Casas and he told me it was because of the recent surgery. I waited and still continued to have pain. I ordered my medical records from the hospital and low and behold he did not perform a Salpingo-oophorectomy (removal of ovaries AND fallopian tubes) he only took out my OVARIES! When I confronted him about it, he said my previous doctor must have removed them. So I went to my initial doctor AND requested those records and NO, he did not remove my ovaries. Apparently fallopian tubes are super small hair like and there is no way of knowing where they are. Floating somewhere in my abdomen?! I sent Dr. Casas to the medical board and they denied my claim?! Apparently in the State of Nevada you can say you are going to remove a body part and leave it and bill for it and not get reprimanded by the Medical Board of Nevada.....

From the very beginning, she went so far beyond what any doctor is expected to do that it honestly felt like I had someone in my corner at all times. Not just medically--but emotionally too. And instead of brushing it off or rushing through appointments like so many do, she stepped in--again and again--without ever being asked. The fact that she even came to the ER for me says everything about the kind of doctor--and person--she is. Who does that anymore? That's not just professionalism, that's genuine care. One thing that will always stay with me is how much attention she gave during my C-section. She took extra time on the final layer of stitching because I have a tattoo, and she wanted it to look perfect. That level of detail, patience, and respect for something that mattered to me... I've honestly never experienced anything like that in healthcare before. Most people would've just finished and moved on--but not her. She also never pressured me into decisions. When it came to delivery, she supported my choice to wait, fully respected my wishes, and made me feel like I had control over my own experience--even though things didn't end up going exactly how I planned. That kind of support is rare, and it meant everything to me. And she didn't just disappear after the surgery--she came to see me every single day. Not rushed, not distant, but present, kind, and genuinely invested in how I was doing. If I had to sum it up: she is the kind of doctor people hope to find but almost never do. She has that rare mix of skill, compassion, attention to detail, and actual heart. She made one of the most intense and vulnerable experiences of my life feel safe, supported, and human. As a first-time mom, there have definitely been moments where I've been nervous or had a ton of questions, and she always takes her time with me and never makes me feel rushed. She listens, answers my questions, and has made this whole experience feel so much less scary. It really makes a difference when you actually feel comfortable and welcomed at your OB appointments, especially during your first pregnancy. My first appointment was incredible! I felt heard. I felt believed. But things quickly took a turn. I was told to come back in a month after trying the new birth control and being put on a low dose of Metformin to control my insulin resistance. I was told to take 500mg once daily for 30 days, and we would add another 500mg at my next appointment if I tolerated the meds well enough. The goal was to eventually get up to 2000mg, but Dr. Eisert wanted to do it gradually to minimize side effects. I was only prescribed 30 tablets, consistent with what Dr. Eisert and I discussed. When I returned in 30 days, I saw his PA, Tina. She was lovely! However, she seemed confused as to why I was there. She showed me a chart and read from what I believe was my clinical summary of my last visit. I was supposed to add 500mg of metformin every week, so long as I tolerated the drug. I should have already been at 2000mg by then. But again, I was only prescribed 30 tablets for 30 days, and the prescription bottle said to take one pill daily. She told me she would refill my meds and said I didn't need any follow-ups. I took that to mean that I would have to come back within a year to continue receiving medications, but that I didn't need routine follow-ups every few months. My prescription was still wrong. I only received 30 tablets. I sent a message in the portal and it was corrected, but they forgot to give me refills. So I contacted them this week. I received a message that the doctor wasn't comfortable prescribing more medications after this month without an annual exam. I just saw the provider 6 months ago. So I call. The scheduler was very kind. But she explained that the office policy is that I am required to get an annual pap smear in order to receive medication. I informed her that I just saw Dr. Eisert 6 months ago and also had a pap with my primary doctor in August. She doubled down and said it had to be a pap smear. I am 40 years old with no history of abnormal cervical cancer or HPV results, nor do I have a family history of cancer. ACOG guidelines and my primary doctor say I'm all set for 5 years. Not to mention that a pap is traumatic for many women like me with a history of sexual assault. This isn't a simple blood test. This is an invasive exam. The scheduler suggested I speak to the nurse, Amy, to see what can be done. I spoke to her this morning. She was abrupt and dismissive. She said that since my primary doctor did my pap last year (before I established care with Legacy), then she could go ahead and prescribe my medications from now on and ended the conversation. Current guidelines do not recommend yearly Pap smears for many women, including someone with my screening history. I truly struggle to see any other motive than money here.
