Dr. Falcone doesn't deliver babies anymore & I only need her for GYN needs as I'm not looking to get pregnant. She always arrives in the exam room with a big smile, she's super friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & doesn't make you feel rushed. She's a great listener to any concerns or questions I have. One time when I arrived for my yearly exam I was super stressed after getting some bad news from my job & she actually took the time to let me confide in her on what was going on. This was so appreciated & she didn't need to do this for me, thank you because it helped to talk about the issue with the 1st human I happened to come in contact with after getting the phone call from my boss. I did have an issue with a staff member while waiting to be seen last year. She didn't normally work the front desk but she had a horrible demeanor & wasn't very professional. I did find out today that she no longer works there & that the doctor's had replaced their staff due to having too many issues with them so if you have run into any issues with them please give the doctor's another chance. I even had an issue getting a hold of my MD's MA last year & scheduling an appointment earlier this year. It does make it hard for patient's when they love their doctor but not their staff & unfortunately unprofessional, uneducated & rude staff can affect their practice. I was glad to know that something has been done about it. I love how they have their own lab in house so I don't have far to go when I want blood work done with my yearly exam. The phlebotomist has always been really nice, professional, gentle & friendly. I don't usually have to wait long to be called back & review home meds & what I'm in the office for. I do find it odd that the only vitals that the MA takes is your weight & blood pressure. No heart rate, respirations, temp. or your height. I have run into having trouble in not being able in getting an appointment for a "problem" in a timely manner which can be frustrating if it's something that needs attention & may be gone by the time you do get an appointment. I like when doctor's leave some extra time in their day to fill these requests. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr. Falcone after having my previous, young GYN retire back in 2020. 5 STARS for Dr. Falcone!! Thank you!

I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. I definitely recommend Dr. Falcone if you need an Gyn.

She put me on hold to check if my insurance was accepted, but the person she transferred me to had a nasty attitude from the start. She was unfriendly and informed me the next available appointment wasn't until November. I was willing to wait, but her attitude instantly turned me off. I don't want to go anywhere where the staff is rude. The reality is, patients deal more with staff than the doctors themselves, and that experience should at least be pleasant. This clinic needs to understand that their staff is the first impression, not the doctor. If calling or walking in means dealing with rude people, it doesn't matter how good the doctor is, I won't be going there.

Not only that, I could still hear word for word what was happening in the room next door. The following year I get an email that they no longer take any insurance and it was all cash now and requires a monthly membership fee paid to evolve. WTH again? I have insurance. Why should I pay a monthly to them? The doctor is rushed and careless, and sent me to urgent care to diagnose UTI and YI's. Needless to say, I'm not going back and do not recommend.

I requested an appointment online and they reached out via phone to confirm the appointment and gather info. Check-in online was also really easy. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my 1:15pm appointment, but the doors were locked until 1:00pm due to the lunch break. Luckily I didn't have to wait long. A lot of people were waiting in line to check in, but check-in was really quick. There was plenty of seating in the waiting area and a spacious accessible bathroom. The wait after the actual appointment time was only about 10 minutes. The practitioner who brought me to the room and did vitals and initial notes was really friendly and helped me feel comfortable. The room itself seemed like it needed an update. It seemed clean enough but a little rough around the edges. It wasn't very comforting if you were going off look and feel alone. Once I was in the check-up room, I didn't wait much longer for Nurse Garcia. She was very friendly, energetic, and she made the appointment as comfortable as possible for me. There were some things she needed to pass along for a future appointment with the gynecologist, but she did offer helpful details about my condition as well as a prescription that I read beforehand could be helpful. I felt like I could trust her expertise. All-in-all, the appointment went smoothly and I wouldn't mind returning based on my first experience here!

It was the most amazing, heartfelt moment I will never forget. With my last baby, she had told me she might be on call, and I was so worried because I wanted only her to deliver my baby. Somehow, she made it happen. I truly believe my son waited for her, the second she walked into the room, it was go time! I'm a breast cancer survivor, been on tamoxifen for 7 years, oncology has tried other meds, which made me suicidal. I still have 3 years left on tamoxifen, have had post menopausal bleeding 3 different times, have a uterine lining that is approaching 22 mm which should be no larger than 4-5. In June after the latest incident and I asked about a hysterectomy she said I know you want one but you're not a candidate and your insurance won't pay for one.. Guess what? I am a candidate for one and my insurance will pay for one.. She put me on Veozah a medication that the cdc and Redbox warning says I need liver enzyme testing, she couldn't even do that.. and for some reason everyone Dr Kasar refers you to has been turned into and disciplined by the NV medical board..

My friend suggested the obgyn center so i made an appointment. I began with Dr. Rosie who is an absolutely kind, precious, and smart woman who treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. She did what she could to help, and after a few visits she let me know my complicated condition needed an extra pair of hands, so she referred me to Dr. Mauban. This is so tremendous because I have seen plenty of providers who will just dump you as a patient when things get too complex, the fact that she kindly and gracefully handed me off to a doctor within the same practice truly made things so much easier. It made me feel cared for rather than dismissed like i usually am. I greatly appreciate that she didn't make me find a new doctor on my own and i truly appreciate her and would absolutely see her again! Dr. Mauban has been absolutely amazing in addressing every single issue that I have had. If we try something and it doesn't work, she keeps digging for answers until something works. She is also extremely kind and so smart, even when she delivers me bad news she says it in a kind and compassionate way, she makes things very clear and easy to understand while still remaining empathic and compassionate. She always makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and i leave my visits knowing what the plan is. This is one of the few doctors that i see who doesn't leave me stressed and uneducated after my visits. I leave here feeling hopeful and like we achieved something. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate both Dr. Rosie and Dr. Mauban. It takes a long time to get an appointment here, but i cannot stress enough that it is absolutely worth the wait because you will recieve the best quality of compassionate care. I had been going to another OBGYN, but when my fertility doctor mentioned that I needed surgery to remove my endometriosis before moving on to more treatment, I went back to that OBGYN that I had been seeing for yeaaaaars and they were less than helpful. They literally wouldn't see me till end of June (I believe I called in April... wild right?!). So, I hit up Yelp to see if I could find another OBGYN that I would feel comfortable enough with. I searched and found Empowered OBGYN and Dr. Stepanida Freeman. I made the appointment and they mentioned that she wasn't available that day, but that they would have a nurse practitioner chat with me about the surgery and get it scheduled instead. No problem! They were able to book me an appointment TWO WEEKS from the day I called! Much better than nearly two months!!! I was already so impressed. A week before my appointment, I just went in to fill out some paperwork to have my fertility doctor send over all my documentation to them beforehand so I wouldn't have to repeat myself too much haha. Filled out the paperwork and they actually DID get my records from my fertility clinic. LOVED THAT! I came in for my appointment, and every single staff member was incredible and so kind. As I was waiting for the nurse practitioner to come in, the kind staff member that brought me in to the room popped her head in and said, you know what, the doctor said she has some time, so she's just going to come in and chat with you instead. HOW AMAZING IS THAT?! Dr. Freeman was so nice and she's so soft spoken and makes you feel so comfortable. I loved her demeanor and her knowledge. She explained to me the surgery and said someone would reach out to get me scheduled. She also asked if I wanted a pelvic exam since I was there and I said sure! Seriously so nice. When my surgery came, Dr. Freeman obviously performed it and came and talked with me right before hand. I had looked up photos before of what the incisions looked like for this type of surgery, and was so nervous about having these huge reminders on my stomach. Nope! The incisions were so tiny and I healed pretty quickly. I just went in for my post opp appointment and she walked me through showing photos of what she did during the surgery. Absolutely incredible what she was able to do! She removed a cyst from my ovary and kept it in tact and assured me my ovary was good to go! My husband and I were laughing after at how she was like oh yeah I did this, like it wasn't the most impressive thing either of us have heard haha. One of the things I also loved was that she even remembered the name of my fertility doctor and asked when I was seeing her next. Didn't have to look at records or anything! I appreciated that attention to detail, and truly made me feel like she really knows and cares about me as a patient. You don't find that a lot with doctors these days, and even though it seemed like a minor thing to others, it didn't go unnoticed with me and my husband. She is so caring for her patients! I am so appreciative to Dr. Freeman, and I know if (god willing) /when I am pregnant, I trust her whole heartedly for my pregnancy and delivery. I'm so happy to have found a new OBGYN whom I trust!!! As well as the rest of the staff she has here, they are ALL amazing and kind and incredibly caring! I don't ever feel rushed and it honestly feels like every one of her employees and herself are just truly happy to be there. It makes the worlds difference!

Because the office is closed on Fridays, I called the after-hours exchange at 702.464.7912 on my daughter's behalf seeking help with medication to stop her milk production. She is already experiencing the unimaginable pain of losing her baby, and continuing to produce breast milk is an additional physical and emotional trauma no grieving mother should have to endure unnecessarily. I was told that Dr. Leiphart declined to address the request and that my daughter could call the office on Monday. MONDAY. That means a mother who lost her one-month-old son TODAY is expected to spend the entire weekend either pumping breast milk for a baby she just lost or endure painful engorgement while she waits for the office to reopen. I cannot adequately express how heartless and insensitive this response felt to our family. We were not calling about something routine that could simply wait until the next business day. We were asking for help for a postpartum mother in the immediate aftermath of her infant's death. At a time when my daughter desperately needed compassion, guidance, and support from her women's healthcare provider, she was essentially told to wait until Monday. Whatever the medical considerations may have been regarding prescribing a particular medication, at the very least I would have expected a physician to speak with my daughter, explain her options, address her immediate physical discomfort, or direct her to appropriate urgent care rather than simply leaving a grieving postpartum mother without help for the entire weekend. There are moments in medicine when compassion matters just as much as clinical care. This was one of those moments, and our family will never forget how my daughter was treated during one of the worst days of her life.

I was told that she is only in the office twice a week and that her hours were shortened. This was a follow-up for mammogram and ultrasound appointments which were also canceled by WHASN Mammography. My mammogram had been scheduled months in advance at WHASN at Lake Mead, where I had been referred, but it was canceled at 5 pm the night before. I then had to reschedule at the Henderson location, far from my home, to receive my results in time for the follow-up appointment with Dr. Nguyen, which ended up being canceled. I understand that circumstances can change, but patients should not have appointments canceled with such short notice, and existing appointments should be honored. This was unprofessional and showed little courtesy or consideration for patients.
