In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

I say this tongue-in-cheek, but they're so damn good, neighbors keep coming to the front door to ask "who re-did your garage?" The project was literally just completed less than 24 hours ago and I've now met just about everyone in a several block radius of our garage. They did a beautiful job! My wife is already making a list of other projects we can give to Andrew and George! If you're thinking about doing any exterior work on your house, I'm not kidding, Beyond Exteriors should be your first call!

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

We used KDC to renovate our Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and fix some other issues around the house that involved tiling, plumbing, drywall, etc. We first started with KDC on the kitchen, where we had them install all new countertops, and replace our cabinets, basically a whole kitchen renovation. They handled everything and had people for plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical. Everything was handled for us with minimal involvement other than picking out materials. It was one of the easiest experiences where we picked out what we wanted in their showroom and had their project manager coming to the house to review progress on a consistent basis. With how smoothly the kitchen went, we had KDC fix our guest bathroom where things went just as smooth, and then do a whole renovation of the master bathroom. Similarly, we picked out all of the materials in their showroom and the results were amazing. The quality and craftsmanship is very detailed, with new cabinets, tiling, moving different fixtures to new locations, and installation of everything flawlessly. They even alerted us to a cheaper countertop option that still met our needs. All in all, it seems like KDC worked on half the house and did some in a timely and expert way. We've recommended them to friends and happy to do so for others. It was refreshing trusting someone to do a great job with minimal supervision and we're thrilled with the results.

After working with 3 different companies to estimate the cost and options to remodel our master…read morebathroom, we went with Ricky. We couldn't have done any better! After spending time with us understanding what we wanted, he gave us a very detailed estimate of what to expect. After we compared this estimate to others and decided to go with him, he then spent time with us visiting the Tile Shop and cabinetry companies and picking out details. When we changed our minds and decided to do more tile, he was very prompt in giving us an adjusted estimate, and we never felt like he had under-bid, we knew it was our decision. We asked him to adjust the start date for the project twice, and he accommodated, communicating very well as the date approached. On day one, Francisco spent the entire day just prepping and protecting the adjoining bedroom and traffic way. He wrapped the curtains! We thought it was a bit overkill at first, until the demolition and later the tiling started and the dust arrived! They showed up on time everyday, constantly asked for input and feedback, were very respectful with our ignorance on how a remodel went, and were patient with our energetic Labrador Retriever. There were a few hiccups when parts were the wrong size or the vanities and granite came from the factories with errors, but Ricky and the guys adjusted effortlessly. Peter, Francisco and Andreas were the regulars and we got to know them pretty well. Hard working, know their stuff, and just nice guys to just talk to. We invited them and Francisco came to our 4th of July cookout! The project turned out better than we could have imagined. We have a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and spacious cabinets. We wouldn't consider having anyone else do any work on the house again, and we feel it was worth every penny. You can't go wrong with this team!
