I recently ordered a Photo backdrop and red carpet for our May Hackathon event at Bing. It was a rush order, so the only word I can use to describe this company's service is "wow!". I contacted them over the phone, explained my requirements, and in less than 24 hours there was a design proposal waiting in my inbox for approval. As soon as I approved the design it went promptly into production, and then the product sent to me via express mail so it could arrive on time for my event. I received the product in great condition, the packaging was great and the delivery right on time as promised. The team was fantastic! We rented a basic light set for an event that we were hosting for our interns. We had a photo backdrop, but the venue lighting was a bit rough, so we wanted something to balance it out. After doing some research, we decided to try out Step and Repeat LA's Red Carpet Interview Light Set, which was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We rented online, which was super easy. I had some questions about the delivery, and reached out via the onsite chat, and my questions were answered almost immediately. Communication was great regarding pickup, paperwork, etc. Additionally, pick up and drop off was SUPER easy. Everyone was extremely friendly (they offered us something to drink when we arrived, but we didn't take them up on the offer because pick up was so quick). I have ordered from Step and Repeat LA about 15 times and each time the order was fulfilled quickly and the banners were perfect. The ordering process was quick and easy. Rachel took my orders and made sure that all went smoothly each time. The design service was great as their designer designed the step and repeats for me and they were exactly what I wanted. The material used for the banners was a fabric so I could fold them and when unfolded and stretched onto the stands, there were no wrinkles or seams. The stands are easy to set up and come in a small carrying bag,so it's easy to take the banner and stand to a trade show or ship.
