I recently ordered a Photo backdrop and red carpet for our May Hackathon event at Bing. It was a rush order, so the only word I can use to describe this company's service is "wow!". I contacted them over the phone, explained my requirements, and in less than 24 hours there was a design proposal waiting in my inbox for approval. As soon as I approved the design it went promptly into production, and then the product sent to me via express mail so it could arrive on time for my event. I received the product in great condition, the packaging was great and the delivery right on time as promised. The entire Step and Repeat LA team was awesome, starting from Ben who helped me coordinate all of the transactions, all the way to their design and production teams who delivered an awesome quality product. If you are organizing a special event, I definitely recommend using this company. You truly won't be disappointed! read more

They literally saved my event and possibly my job. I work in events planning and my other company fell through on processing time on a Friday morning. I was looking at a trade show with no backdrop and the ire of my boss and the whole company. After calling multiple paces that said they couldn't get one to Maryland by EOD Monday, Step and Repeat LA mended my unweaving thread of fate with a will-do attitude and very good customer service. They looked immediately into what options could meet my SOS timeline and made sure turnaround was done and production started within 2 hours of my call. Huge thanks to their team and I would definitely recommend this company to any events or marketing professional in a pickle. They definitely deliver on their promise on their website: "Other vendors might say no -- but we'll always try our best to say yes." read more

I have ordered from Step and Repeat LA about 15 times and each time the order was fulfilled quickly and the banners were perfect. The ordering process was quick and easy. Rachel took my orders and made sure that all went smoothly each time. The design service was great as their designer designed the step and repeats for me and they were exactly what I wanted. The material used for the banners was a fabric so I could fold them and when unfolded and stretched onto the stands, there were no wrinkles or seams. The stands are easy to set up and come in a small carrying bag,so it's easy to take the banner and stand to a trade show or ship. I highly recommend this company for its excellent service and products. read more

I've used this company several times and i've got nothing but praise for them. High quality work, speedy delivery, great customer service and affordable prices. If you want to use them, ask for Cody, he's great. He's a no non sense kinda guy, straight shooter and a really good communicator which is important to me. Being from NY, I'm use to a certain kind of sevice and workmanship and unfortunately in Los Angeles that's really hard to come by. Working with this company makes me feel like I'm doing business with a New York company again. I wish more Los Angeles companies were like this one. So if you're looking for a Step and Repeat, look no further. read more

I can't say enough great things about Step and Repeat LA! I was in a bind with a last minute request for an event and they were able to produce, deliver, and setup all within the same day. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and a delight to talk to. I worked with Ben on this project and he answered every question I had (and there were many) and was available via phone and e-mail whenever I needed him. Our company is based out of NYC and Step and Repeat LA will now be our go to for anything we do on the West Coast. I'm so excited to have found such a wonderful company :) read more

Our team was referred to Step and Repeat LA by a colleague to design a beautiful step and repeat for our client Gigi Gorgeous' birthday party. They were absolutely wonderful to work with as we were under a tight turnaround and Step and Repeat LA flawlessly executed the vision for our client's step and repeat. Additionally, the entire team was super helpful in streamlining every part of the process. We will definitely use them again if we are ever in need of a step and repeat in the future. Thank you to the entire team at Step and Repeat LA!! Best, JONESWORKS + Team Gigi read more

We ordered a step and repeat for our school and was very pleased with the quality of the product. We went through several design changes and they were very patient with us and offered suggestions and tips to make our backdrop look professional. We originally ordered one from another company, but was unsatisfied with the stand, which broke within about 10 months. S&RLa's stand is very high quality and should last for years. They were always available to online chat or by phone. We would definitely recommend S&RLa. read more

Hello my name is Ray Rivera, and I have been printing with Step and Repeat LA for a couple years now. I must say the company as great customer service, and produces outstanding print work. They also reward loyal customers which is a bonus, and leaves a lasting impression. I am a fan of their work, and as a graphic designer like myself I am very critical on printers, color matching, etc. but these guys know what they are doing. Excellent production team, I recommend to all who can read this to try their business. read more

Step and Repeat LA get a 5 out 5 from me. Their customer service is not only amazing, but the quality of their product is top notch. The helped me get a step and repeat in a quick turn around. They made sure I was happy with the proofs they provided and if I wasn't, they would re-do it. Even though our step and repeat was large, it was extremely easy to set up. Also, I have to say that their prices are fair. I will definitely use them again. read more

Step and Repeat LA has just set the bar in customer service!!! "5 stars" much deserved. I have used other companies in the past and they have never been as reliable and on point at these guys, and gals. It all started with Rachel. Rachel responded to my emails almost immediately. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and get my order in. I will continue to do business with Step and Repeat LA and their amazing team! read more

Order and Repeat! The S&R team was wonderful at helping me create the backdrop we needed for our photo shoot. The quality was outstanding and worked wonderfully with the pipe and drape setup we currently use. We received many compliments from our vendors on how great it looked and where they could order one for themselves. We could not be happier and will be using this company in the future for other signs and photo backdrops we may need. read more

Talk about a high-quality value for a low-quality price. This company speaks to that. During the process in which they prove your order and give you exactly what you want, they treat you with top quality customer service in a timely fashion.
