Step and Repeat LA provides a quality product and the work is superior. It's great value for a step and repeat and retractable banners. These people continuously send SPAM by email and refuse to stop, even when asked repeatedly. They violate the law by refusing to include a link to unsubscribe from their SPAM sending. I've warned them repeatedly that their insistence on sending unwanted SPAM would result in a 1 star review on Yelp. Of course, they do not care. It's easy to assume that not caring is the way they operate in every other aspect of their business. read more

From design to installation, the best step and repeat team to work with in Los Angeles.

I have been ordering step and repeat banners from Step and Repeat LA for about 5 years for an annual Spring Gala and Auction. Every experience I have had has been nothing short of excellent. Their process is simple, their team is kind and professional and the finished product is always printed to perfection, with quality material. For an event planner of over 15 years, finding a vendor that you KNOW you can count on, gives a peace of mind that is so valuable. Thank you Step and Repeat LA! read more

This business should be your one-stop shop for Step and Repeat needs, including a lightning kit. I was the production manager for an event BSU was having on our university campus, hosted by a celebrity DJ. My first purchase was the red carpet and light kit, I was really impressed with the easy set up, quick shipping and professional packaging. I made a second package that included a backdrop, the entire staff from being to end was extremely professional and nice. When I arrived to pick up the backdrop, me and a staff member were working out the logistics to get the backdrop in my car (LOL) another staff member was leaving but stopped by to ask if we genuinely needed help. We were able to work it out and before you say you can find other places with cheaper backdrops, always remember you get what you pay for. These are professionals and pay them their worth! read more

Such a lovely lovely job. I wanted a banner for my son's birthday so everyone could find us easily and just to step up the look of his party. I was a bit worried because I had made the picture myself in Canva but it came out so much better than I even expected. The colors were smooth and blended well, the banner was really nice material and it was wrapped perfectly so easy for me to transport. The customer service was amazing as well and it was printed so quickly! The prices were really great as well. read more

Great experience! Customer service was awesome. And the step and repeat product and red carpet they provided for us was excellent.

I have worked with this awesome company for over 9 years, their quality and service has not changed one bit in all this time. Manon was a dream to work with on my 2024 project. The Step and Repeat backdrop came out even better than I expected. People at our 5K run loved it. Next year we will order a larger banner. I've made banners for both business and personal events. They are always a hit! Thanks to the whole team at Step and Repeat LA. read more

I highly recommend Step and Repeat LA for your event! I reached out to them for help with a school sports banquet that I was helping on and sent a photo of an exact look I was hoping to achieve. The customer service representative was very prompt and friendly and helped me with my rental order. When it came to picking up the items it was very easy and every staff member that assisted was very friendly, service oriented and helpful. The sports banquet itself went very well and the set up we were able to create with the red carpet look, because of the help of Step and Repeat LA, was very well received by all the students and parents. Having this set up took the sports banquet to a whole new level and made it very fun and aesthetic. We look forward to working with Step and Repeat again! read more

This is the first time our company has purchased a banner from Step and Repeat LA. From the moment I connected with Codi-Rose the entire process has been seamless. She truly was a joy to work with on our project of designing the 8' x 10' Fabric Stretch Display with double-side graphic print. Her customer skills were truly over the top, even with all of my novice continual questions Codi-Rose remained positive and always responded in a timely manner and if she didn't have the answer, she found it. I highly recommend this company and Codi-Rose for all of your backdrop needs as we all know good customer service is hard to find in the LA area but great service is even harder and this company has it! 5 STARS and Bravo Codi-Rose, keep up the phenomenal customer service skills! read more

The premier step and repeat place in town! Pros: love the team at Step and Repeat La. Hard working staff with high attention to detail. The quality of work is top notch and everything is delivered as promised. For media wall build outs the installation team is quick and response. Highly recommend the black fabric instead of the normal white vinyl you see for most red carpets. They also do great signs and have a huge list of items they can help with in regards to events such as lighting etc. Cons: location is far from la for visit ; however , most things can be done online or over the phone. Novelty: top notch quality and service!! read more

Product: Lighting for step-and-repeat. I created a DIY photobooth for a big birthday bash and needed the S&R to remain lit after the lights dimmed for dancing. The two lights worked out Perfectly! Both lights fit in one large rolling case, included extension cords & they threw in some gaff tape!!! ($50/ea) Location: Residential area - you'll just need to pay extra attention. They have signs on the property so it's helpful once you spot them. Staff: Greeted with big ol' smiles! The boys that helped me (Adam, CJ, Corey) were FANTASTIC (and cuties)-- I'm not just saying that because they offered me a slice of pizza when I got there around lunch time! Pick-up/Drop-off: Easy in, just gave my invoice number and signed a standard, straight forward agreement | Easy out, they unloaded the rolling case, inspected equipment, signed out and off I went! I recommend this place, and will be a repeat customer! read more

I LOVE this place. Mind you I've never been off the road in this direction, so the drive was interesting. But the neighborhood is super cute! You'd never think there was a warehouse styled business in this neighborhood, so WATCH CLOSE for the cute sign that says "Step and Repeat LA" with an arrow to the back. You drive up the driveway and you run into Johnny Deep. LOL Or at least I did. Well. A life size cowboy cut out version of him (good enough for me LOL). There's looks to be 2 storages with goodies with one being a HUGE barnstyle warehouse. I went on a Friday to pick up my stanchions and velvet ropes. The front desk was super nice (loved him) and there's even a Step and Repeat for you to take picture on inside the office. A BONUS is there's a small fridge with drinks for you, snacks and branded swag for you! Perrier? Dont mind if I do. The staff loaded the items into my car. Easy peasy. I returned on Saturday Had to do some poking around and yelling to run into someone to find me the front desk guy. Was a different person than during the week. He was up in the Barn Warehouse office (it sits up high). I also had to unload the items myself, not so exciting. Not painstaking but after my event, I have very fancy nails I'd already broke one handling the Stanchions upon set up.. I wasn't losing another one. But overall a great place and I had fun checking them out. read more

I am the trade show coordinator at an acne clinic here in Northern California and had to find a reliable company to produce a step and repeat for an upcoming event and FAST! The staff at Step & Repeat LA were the best. I began my inquiry by chatting with someone via their online customer service chat bubble that pops up on the website. I asked a general question with no intention of receiving a reply in time but I was amazed. I believe it was Rachel who assisted me in figuring out what type of a vector we needed for our back drop. She was fast, friendly and awesome. After that, the whole process was a breeze and we got the step and repeat just in time. I was a little nervous when putting it together as the stands were different from what I am used to but upon reading the directions it was a piece of cake. I love these guys! Not only would I reconsider using them for our trade show events here at the clinic, but I will be using them in the future for my photography clients. They are informative, fast and super freaking friendly. Honestly, the friendlier and more welcoming a company is with me the more likely I am to continue to go back every single time. I am loyal to those who treat me right!! Go with these guys and don't question it... You will not be let down! read more
