Step and Repeat LA helped us save the day (and the event)! Our client decided to ditch their old backdrop and needed a new one in 3 DAYS for a celebrity event in Hollywood. Our client wanted a HUGE custom size backdrop (10 ft x 17 ft) that was also non-reflective. The backdrop served two purposes: branding the red carpet and hiding a distracting wall. Step and Repeat LA had no problems with the non-standard size! Other great things the company did for use were: (1) Installed white grommets to blend in with the white material of the overall backdrop, (2) Provided a customized pipe and base stand to accommodate the backdrop's unusual size, and (3) Completed the job ahead of our scheduled pick-up time. Another example of their excellent customer service is the fact that they have easy-to-follow installation videos available on YouTube. This last thing may not seem like much. But the video we watched (ahead of time) allowed us to erect the backdrop in a minimal amount of time the actual set-up. Our client told us how pleased they were with the results and we looked like superheroes for having delivered the perfect solution in the nick of time. Excellent from customer service inquiry to product delivery. This company was so responsive with email communication - it was almost like they were sitting next to me. The recommendation to upgrade fabric was stellar - it was the best fabric I've seen - not shiny, leathery like my previous step-n-repeats. Only downside is that it was so huge (10x10) that we needed double the sandbags to keep it from waving in the wind. Maybe they should sell sandbags to go with outside placements? Ha! read more
