Step and Repeat LA is our go-to backdrop service. I work o a lot of event signage with my company and we've tried other providers in the past. None of them measure up to S&R LA. We've been using them for 2 years now and have ever had an issue. Their service is extremely friendly, helpful, and speedy. They make sure things get done right, and I always feel better when I know my product is in their hands. The products are definitely high quality and priced right. If you plan to order them, keep in mind that 'you get what you pay for.' I'm not saying that the cheaper products that they own ARE cheaper -- I'm saying that the fabric is exactly that. We ordered both the cheaper fabric for our step and repeat, and also ordered a nicer fabric. We were much happier with the nicer fabric. But of course, that's only helpful when the budget permits. We didn't have a problem with the cheaper fabric. We just preferred the nicer one. :) Overall, we will certainly go back to Step and Repeat LA for our future step & repeats. Very happy with the service and pleased to be a repeat customer. read more

Hey folks, just want you to know i am on the East Coast, have 3 Photography studios and another large business in the energy business, we have called on Step and Repeat to work some magic for us in a short time frame with little more than a concept on the back of napkin, they never missed and beat and delivered us quality products that last and are still in action. Great graphic reproduction, quality material and up front honesty, hard combination to beat. Thanks so much, Gumbo Love Y'all. Tom Turk Piratical Photography MD/FLA/VA read more

I worked mostly with Ben on my most recent step and repeat order, but the 5-star experience also includes exceptional customer service by the online representatives. When making a decision on whether I should go with the standard matte vinyl or polyester fabric, I asked A LOT of questions. The online experts were able to answer my questions and advise what fabric and setup was best based on the artwork. The polyester is going to be the most glare-resistant, which was most important for me in ordering this step and repeat. Though the matte vinyl still does a great job when properly lit, the poly backdrop usually gives us the look we love and prefer. After submitting the order online, I called Ben to confirm a few shipping details, and he gladly assisted me and made me feel comfortable that the order was in good hands. The artwork proof was sent over to me that same afternoon and the step and repeat shipped out just a few days later. The print quality was great, and the telescopic stand and carrying case all arrive in perfect condition. This was the quickest standard turnaround time I've ever seen! It's clear the team at Step and Repeat LA are extremely on top of things and care about their clients. Happy to work with them again in the future! Thank you, Ben and team! read more

The team was fantastic! We rented a basic light set for an event that we were hosting for our interns. We had a photo backdrop, but the venue lighting was a bit rough, so we wanted something to balance it out. After doing some research, we decided to try out Step and Repeat LA's Red Carpet Interview Light Set, which was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We rented online, which was super easy. I had some questions about the delivery, and reached out via the onsite chat, and my questions were answered almost immediately. Communication was great regarding pickup, paperwork, etc. Additionally, pick up and drop off was SUPER easy. Everyone was extremely friendly (they offered us something to drink when we arrived, but we didn't take them up on the offer because pick up was so quick). Would definitely recommend using them for any of your step and repeat/lighting needs. read more

The Step and Repeat was absolutely perfect for Modern Day Wife event, What She Said! It was easy and quick to assemble and dismantle! The pictures in front of the backdrop came out gorgeous like the red carpet look we were hoping for! Thank you so much Step and Repeat LA! read more

I love this place. By the way, if you ever go to their actual location it's complete good vibes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and informative, they help you to get the best deals possible. They even have reading books that you could borrow at the front of the yard (random & fun)! I got an 8 x 8 with rope stands and the lighting, the whole deal. I was doing a screening for some studios in North Hollywood and I really want to make a big scene and show that we were professional. With Step and Repeat LA we were able to do that. They literally stopped traffic with how great it looked, and they also made a little poster for us for a little extra on an easel. They delivered it & everything, it was amazing, and the prices are so much better than a lot of places in Hollywood. It's completely legit. I would recommend them to anyone, and they are probably the only people I would trust. read more

Step and Repeat LA helped us save the day (and the event)! Our client decided to ditch their old backdrop and needed a new one in 3 DAYS for a celebrity event in Hollywood. Our client wanted a HUGE custom size backdrop (10 ft x 17 ft) that was also non-reflective. The backdrop served two purposes: branding the red carpet and hiding a distracting wall. Step and Repeat LA had no problems with the non-standard size! Other great things the company did for use were: (1) Installed white grommets to blend in with the white material of the overall backdrop, (2) Provided a customized pipe and base stand to accommodate the backdrop's unusual size, and (3) Completed the job ahead of our scheduled pick-up time. Another example of their excellent customer service is the fact that they have easy-to-follow installation videos available on YouTube. This last thing may not seem like much. But the video we watched (ahead of time) allowed us to erect the backdrop in a minimal amount of time the actual set-up. Our client told us how pleased they were with the results and we looked like superheroes for having delivered the perfect solution in the nick of time. I HIGHLY recommend Step and Repeat LA! read more

I discovered Step and Repeat LA at SXSW Interactive here in Austin, Texas. I run Communications for the IT department at the St. Edward's University and we are in frequent need of backdrops and other elements for our events. I will say that Step and Repeat LA are fast, efficient, flexible and every time they have delivered high quality products. I can certainly say that I've yet to find a similar organization here in Austin. We've so many events here year round and I'm thrilled to be using their materials for ATX Hack for Change (largest civic hackathon in the country) and our upcoming NATO conference. Step and Repeat LA - Printing Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Excellent from customer service inquiry to product delivery. This company was so responsive with email communication - it was almost like they were sitting next to me. The recommendation to upgrade fabric was stellar - it was the best fabric I've seen - not shiny, leathery like my previous step-n-repeats. Only downside is that it was so huge (10x10) that we needed double the sandbags to keep it from waving in the wind. Maybe they should sell sandbags to go with outside placements? Ha! read more

My company ordered a banner (which looks amazing) from the company, but it has an ink stain right in the middle. We called to complain, but they told us they would not only make us a new banner free of charge, but also have it shipped to the event we are attending in Florida. They're awesome, please give them your business! read more

As an event planner, its always about quality, professionalism and making your clients/event special. Step and Repeat LA provided me excellent service, great eye-catching products and delivered on all requests. I had received a tip from Balloon Haven (Chino, CA) about SRLA. Glad I made the call. SRLA gave me guidance and direction. I was happy with our order, two photo backdrops and a media wall. In my mind, money well spent. The media wall was a last minute request and SRLA came through in the clutch. Our honorees, distinguished guests, families and friends love the ambiance of the reception and dining room.
