If I could give them 0 starts I would. I had booked them for my event a few months ago and this is the worse photo booth company ever!!!! Just popular because of the influencers who share them- I was sent a blonde girl who looked messy and looked like she was twelve, not professional at all. She looked like it was her first time, almost like they had nobody else so they sent her. She was over 40 min late to my event, never texted to let me know and the worst of it all, she didn't even bring the correct poles/rods to set the background with. She seemed like she had NO idea what the hell she was doing, she was trying to put up and take down things for over an hour. Not to mention the first background she attempted to put up was all messy looking and lopsided and she was going to leave it like that.....what a joke! I then got in contact with the owner, Emmanuel. He was very rude and unprofessional. He told me I shouldn't have asked the girl to leave my event that they had someone coming to bring the correct poles(This was over an hour of her being there already). First of all, your girl should've been on time and sent with the CORRECT things in the first place and should've came dressed professionally OR at least sent someone that knew what they were doing. We were going back and fourth, he didn't want to accept they did wrong on their behalf and was a total jerk about it. Very disappointed with the services from EY Photobooth. We booked them for our wedding last month and the photobooth that they brought was terrible. The employee had to restart the camera almost after every single photo taken. We paid to get photo strips with our names and wedding date, however because the system kept lagging and resetting, they started printing single shot photos on like a 4x6 instead. Due to the lag, not everyone was even able to take photos and it really ruined the mood because it was so incredibly slow. I emailed the team on 7/4/21 to let them know how dissatisfied and upset my husband and I were and haven't heard a peep from them and it's already 7/26/21. I have nothing against the employee, he did everything he could and we could all see that he was also frustrated/nervous, but for the company to not say a word is what's leaving a sour taste. This was a once in a lifetime event and my husband and I are so sad that we couldn't get the experience we anticipated. I used EY for my 30th birthday/Christmas party. My friends, family, and I took a bunch of pictures the night of my party but most guests just put the pictures away right after taking them--no one took a good look at the pictures on the spot. The morning after my party, I went through the prints that I received, only to realize that Emmanuel had misspelled "Nina's 30th" on all of the prints--instead the pictures read "Nina's 30ht". Every single print that my guests and I received is useless because of this mistake. I emailed Emmanuel the day I realized the mistake but I didn't hear back from him. I called him the following day and he told me that he would fix the mistake on the digital prints that I was promised. I was annoyed, but figured that was better than nothing. My party was on a Saturday, I was told I would receive the digitals on the following Tues/Wed. I did not receive the color version of the digitals until the following Saturday--a week later. However, instead of fixing the error, he just deleted the entire line that read "Nina's 30th". So there's no indication that the pictures are a memorialization of my 30th birthday. Emmanuel had also told me that I would be receiving black and white versions of my pictures so I asked when I could expect to receive them--I was told that fixing the pictures was taking longer than expected but I should receive them shortly. I didn't receive the black and white digital prints until two weeks after my party. AND, although the black and white pictures came with the line "Nina's 30th", about 25% of the pictures were STILL misspelled with "Nina's 30ht". This company is lazy, disappointing, and a waste of money. read more

I reserved them for my birthday party for June 26, 2021. I paid them in full as soon as I spoke with them to get a quote. The manager Emmanuel informed me since my party was to begin at 2pm that someone would be there to set up 45 minutes ahead of time. The worker got there 15 minutes after my party started. They were scheduled to be at my party from 2 pm to 6 pm. We attempted to take pictures 6 times and machine did not work. About 4 or 5 pictures printed out the whole time the attendant was there and it was blurry and only had one pose. I called the manager a few times to see what could be done and he eventually stop picking up my calls and the his worker. All of my guests were waiting to take pictures but couldn't. It hurt me more because I had family that surprised me that I hadn't seen in over 25 years and we couldn't utilize the $619.00 that I payed. At 6pm although the attendant did nothing she packed up her equipment and a gentleman met her at my event site to switch her equipment out so she can go to do another party which made me feel like trash and not important. They totally ruined my party and embarrassed me with my guest. I'll never ever use their services again. I spoke with Emmanuel on the Monday and he apologized to me, gave me $569 out of $641 of my money back because he stated he needed to pay his attendant... & offered me a discount if I was to use him again which I won't.
