She also does a homemade jam that is amazing, she's hoping to start selling in coming months. The cafe is run by a family so the kids were helping with the coffee and they were all very sweet and very friendly. Service was great and it was cool to chat with the owner about her story. Decent sized sitting area so easy to sit down and enjoy your food and coffee. They have only been open for a few months and I would definitely encourage people to stop for great coffee and food. They also have a decent amount of GF options which was surprising for a tiny town. We will definitely be back to stay at the hotel and eat at the cafe. Definitely worth the stop. This place is actually in Centennial, WY, about 10 minutes from Snowy Range Ski Resort.
