The inside was clean and the subway was good and quick! But it was quicker making its way to my stomach lol. I got a pepperoni meatball if anyone cares. Everyone from the people at the register, to the people making my sub (especially Willy) and even the other customers, everyone was so nice! If I'm ever out this way again I WILL come back here! read more

I work for a company that is contracted out to Travel Centers of America. This particular location is the rudest, most unprofessional and disrespectful group of people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. It doesn't matter which of my many coworkers walks into this establishment, we are always, ALWAYS, met with hostility, aggression and severe unprofessionalism. They are condescending, demeaning and straight rude to people who come in to do a job for their company. When more than 20 people have the exact same experience, the common denominator should be acknowledged. If you have an option, do not chose the TA in Rawlins, WY. read more

They clean the bathroom so slowly. Hire 1 man to do that so your male drivers do not have to suffer. Are there no men in need of work here?

No lines at the pump, pulled up to pump 9 on the diesel . Used my fuel card at the pump and the #2 on the pin pad is damaged. It wouldn't allow me to put my employee ID in to continue the transaction. I had to go and authorize it inside. To fuel trans actions, 1 for diesel and def, and another transaction just for reefer. 25 mins to fuel compared to 10 mins to fuel at other stops. Pumps are clean, men's bathroom definitely needed some attention. Clerk was friendly and upbeat! Probably won't stop here again. Looking for a place I can get in and get out. We don't get paid to sit and fuel up the truck, left me with 5 mins left on my 39 min break read more

Nice clean station. Bathrooms were decent. There were some souvenirs to purchase and snacks. Lots of food choices. Good place to stop if you are traveling 80. read more

Pride country restaurant very waitress behavior was very horrible, I stood there as she told me to wait, for 10 minutes to be seated and all she can do is give 2 customers their checks and cleaning tables as I stood there and she seem to enjoy her actions and knew what she was doing by avoiding me. I ended up leaving and I'm glad I didn't eat there anyway because the place was very filthy and out of date read more

It's nasty, filthy, disgusting. The manager refuses to keep this TA clean the showers are the worst. They do not remove the shower curtain after each use. read more

Nice gas stop with a huge amount of items to buy for the road. Nice staff and clean bathrooms.

The worse customer service I have ever seen. 3 people in the office one working in the garage. I went there to ask if they would be able to repair my flat tire, they look at each other and one of them said: johny when can we repair it? Johny replied tomorrow at 10 am even though it was 8pm and the service works 24hr. However the fuel desk is amazing. I have never had any problems with them. They always kind and know what they are doing. The parking is huge on this truck stop. So doesn't. Matter when you arrive. You will find yourself an overnight space. Make sure you wear any kind of foot wear when you go in the shower there. Last year I had a problem with my feel because I wasn't wearing any shoes in the shower. They have big store on the side of fuel pump. Lots of cool stoff in there. read more

Made a long distance (SLC to North Carolina) drive with my wife and son's F-150 last month and made a quick stop at the TA center for a quick bio-break, snacks, and coffee. Hadn't been to a truck stop in years, so I was wondering what this place was going to be like. I was pleasantly surprised actually and found the location to be clean and well-maintained. The Subway was busy, but after a quick trip to the men's room, I grabbed some of their high-octane coffee. De-lish. Well-stocked food area (minus the usuals due to COVID-19 restrictions), but overall, a pleasant experience as compared to what other reviewers have posted. Made it point to visit other TA stops along the way (NE, MO, AR, TN, and NC) whenever possible. Overall Four Stars. read more

I don't often rate truckstops but this one rules. Massaging chairs at the entrance! 3 minutes for $1! The best!

This is the worst truckstop I have ever been to. My husband and I stopped to eat. There was one corn dog and two polish dogs. The customer service was terrible. Out of fountain diet coke. It was dirty all over. I will never go to anther TA again. read more

It always seems like I wind up stopping in Rawlins somewhere during my trips East, but this was the very first time I wound up here. Usually TAs are pretty reliable, but this one is not among that number, starting with the crumbling curb on the outside, to the inside, which has the usual accoutrements of parts and (not great selection of) snacks and DVDs and books on CD and whatnot, but gives so much to the Subway and Country Pride that the bathroom seems a bit of an afterthought. Actually, much of the convenience area seems comparatively an afterhtought. Gas was also hideously expensive for shite octanes and this wound up being an overly expensive stop and one I will almost certainly not be repeating in future. read more

This place stinks like sewage, all the restaurants close at 10,which for a 24 hour truck stop is horrible, the food they have I store looks old and burnt, the showers are nasty and smells like sewage, the same as the bathrooms.Hair left in sink, shower dirty, floors nasty chair horrible needs to be thrown away.smells so bad I left without showering. Why do these out of the way places have to be so nasty. read more

Here is a quick stop with a couple food options. You can use the restrooms, pick up some road side games and keep moving along. Bathrooms needed a little attention but otherwise it was what we needed. read more

Subway- 2 people working. 1 making the sandwich for the man in front of me and they are having a friendly conversation about what they've been up to lately, the other just standing at the register and then going into the back and then back to the register, making eye contact with me as I've been watching him make 1 sandwich for about 4-5 min already. Finally the kid walks away from the register and offers to make my sandwich and proceeds to say "we are out of a lot of things". Why didn't you tell me that 6 min ago while I was standing here? Out of Turkey, Bacon, Ham, Lettuce, pickles, pepperchinies and onions, probably out of other stuff, but I stopped asking. Then I got charged FULL PRICE for a Roast Beef sandwich with tomatoes and jalapeños as that's all they had!!!! If they're not going to have at least 1/2 of what goes on a sandwich they shouldn't charge FULL PRICE! And the kid must have put 1/2 cup of mustard on because it was all over everything and couldn't taste anything else. They're gonna be out of mustard soon now too! read more

A bit worse than other TAs, but still the best option to stop IMO. Boxes were strewn around, shelves were jumbled with product and there were the nastiest hotdogs ever sitting in a steel bin, left at room temp. all night no doubt. Still, not bad. Subway is good. Bathrooms were all right. Product selection great. read more

Was travelling and stopped in for a sandwich. One employee wasn't on the ball. But Crystal made sure everything got fixed. Service depends on who is working the counter. Overall a good experience. read more

I wish there is less than one star to rate them They just charged me for checking the truck and never know what wrong with it They charge for using computers and hours labor without knowing what's going on I don't know if they solved the problem how much they they will try to charge me read more

Whatever you do don't use the ATM at this location my husband tried twice to get money out and both times it took money from our account but did not get money out. It tells you the transaction was reversed but you have to then try to get you bank to fix it. I tried to call the store to complain and have an out of order sign put on it but no one answered the phone. read more

Not a good as normal TA centers This one was below par, particularly on the staff side The subway was horrible, the creepy looking dude (you'll know him when you see him) was extremely unfriendly and was rude Besides the fact that it took 10 minutes to get a sandwich, the taste seems way off I would pass this TA read more
