Moving on to the primi (gnocchi sorrentina ) and the secondi (poloasparagi) and wow. the bistecca New York steak. Perfectly prepared. Crazy delicious. I wanted the creme brûlée but they had key lime pie as a special dessert so .... Yes. Bright. Light. Tart. Perfect Bella's is hoppin. Festive, joyful, noisy. It was our 25 year wedding anniversary and this location delivered large for our occasion! Outstanding service, excellent food. We took a trip up to the hot springs to celebrate our anniversary and were told by multiple people to make a reservation at Bellas. SO glad we made that reservation! We arrived as soon as they opened at 5pm to join the line out the door and were seated immediately by the owner in a cozy corner table that had fresh flowers and an anniversary card waiting for us! We had already checked out the menu before and settled on the Pollo Asparagi for myself and the Pesto Chicken Tortellini for my husband. The meal came with the most fluffy, delicate and delicious focaccia with herbed olive oil and balsamic. The Pollo Asparagi was rich and creamy and full of fresh citrus flavor that balanced wonderfully with the brown butter and sage sauce on the linguini. My husbands tortellini was also rich and creamy, and we were quite satisfied to take a hefty amount of leftovers back with us. They offered a free dessert for our celebration and we went for the Tiramisu which was perfect in every classic way. We topped off the meal splitting one of their recommended bottles of Pinot Noir and a final ounce of Limoncello. Absolutely fantastic meal, wonderful service, such a cozy environment and a shockingly low cost for the quality. The best Italian food in Wyoming. This charming, quaint restaurant in the middle of prime fishing and outdoor adventure territory is worth the trip to. The food is fantastic, they have an expansive wine list and the people make it an enjoyable experience. Tried a couple of different dishes and all were superb. The vibe of Bella's is great, welcoming, cozy and smells just like an Italian restaurant should- like garlic! Camille was our server- super friendly & informative. Wow! Talk about a diamond in the rough. On a road trip for California to the Midwest and back and all I can say is that I was absolutely shocked to find such a cute and delicious restaurant in such a small town in Wyoming!!!! The appetizer bruschetta is a tad on the small side. Even in CA where everything is expensive, the size didn't match the price. But the tomato mixture is very fresh, perfectly salted. The hour bread with olive oil and balsamic (shaped in a B - sooo cute). Delicious! Great seasoning to both the bread and olive oil. Again, it's pretty small, but it's free... no complaints. We did start to worry about portion sizes... House salad - could use some salt, you could barely taste the dressing... which could have been delicious. The Pesto Chicken Tortellini - absolutely amazing! So fresh tasting. The pesto is very creamy, pasta cooked perfectly. Good amount of chicken. The Pasta di Luca was also fresh and bright. Could use a little more salt. I just opted for more Parmesan!!! The sauce was so good, I wish it was a pasta that allowed the sauce to cling to it more so I just let it sit a while to absorb. Maybe a bit too many olives but still good. I'm glad I opted for the shrimp. It was a perfect addition. They were out of the raspberry sorbet which I wanted to order but they had mango and it was tasty. read more

Our server was a doll! She recommended bruschetta roma, which was wonderful, and a pineapple upside down cake martini which was divine - even the second one! Probably one of the best Italian meals I've ever had - that's not an exaggeration. We had the most attentive service for a party of six, from crafting a perfect off-menu sangria to going above and beyond to last-minute change an order from the lasagna (which was lights out) to the lobster special. The garlic bread was incredible, bottle of Cab Sav, and soup as an appetizer! You truly can't go wrong with anything off this menu. I feel so much gratitude toward the staff - from our lovely server to her uncle, who was preparing this delicious food in the kitchen. That was really good, I think she could've handled us a little nicer. She also asked that you don't park in the front of her restaurant even though there is on street parking on every block I would never go back. read more

Wow! What a different experience from the night before in a different establishment! I don't normally site at the bar, but due to reservations required I did. First suggestion! Make a reservation! Started with the mozzarella fritta with tomato sauce. Very very nice! Made with freshly made mozzarella! Great flavor and presentation. Maybe a slight bite more breading than I like, but still a wonderful morsel. The sauce had a nice tomato flavor, more on the thin side, but not watery. Flavor was a full tomato flavor and wasn't tart or bitter! Very nice, almost sweet. Naturally sweet! I'd like to have more of that sauce! Maybe 2 gallons to go, The gnocchi sorrentina was a potato based gnocchi with the tomato sauce. Yes, the same sauce from the fritta. A wonderful complement to the gnocchi. The potato gnocchi were not heavy like some. A full bodied texture with just enough "bite" and plenty of tenderness! Cooked just right! The entire plate from start to finish was first class! Now don't forget an essential item! There was nuggets of fresh mozzarella in with the gnocchi and sauce! Topped with Parmesan! Wonderful. They offered cheesecake and tiramisu as two dessert items. Both I'm told are house made. But I went with the tiramisu. Very good choice! Nice presentation and the bites were all classic tiramisu! An outstanding representation in presentation and taste of what you want in a tiramisu! What makes this a great place to return is you don't see this coming at you in Saratoga, WY!
