    Focaccia and an anniversary card
    Becki H.

We took a trip up to the hot springs to celebrate our anniversary and were told by multiple people to make a reservation at Bellas. SO glad we made that reservation! We arrived as soon as they opened at 5pm to join the line out the door and were seated immediately by the owner in a cozy corner table that had fresh flowers and an anniversary card waiting for us! We had already checked out the menu before and settled on the Pollo Asparagi for myself and the Pesto Chicken Tortellini for my husband. The meal came with the most fluffy, delicate and delicious focaccia with herbed olive oil and balsamic. The Pollo Asparagi was rich and creamy and full of fresh citrus flavor that balanced wonderfully with the brown butter and sage sauce on the linguini. My husbands tortellini was also rich and creamy, and we were quite satisfied to take a hefty amount of leftovers back with us. They offered a free dessert for our celebration and we went for the Tiramisu which was perfect in every classic way. We topped off the meal splitting one of their recommended bottles of Pinot Noir and a final ounce of Limoncello. Absolutely fantastic meal, wonderful service, such a cozy environment and a shockingly low cost for the quality. Definitely make a reservation - we watched a handful of people be turned away due to the popularity and previously logged reservations.

We have been eating here since 2021 and always look forward to lunch or dinner. Our server tonight and in past visits is Camille and as a former server in restaurants and a restaurant owner I cannot rave enough about what a delight she is! Bella's entire staff add to an experience that is warm, inviting, friendly, welcoming, and hands down one of our favorite places to dine. The ambience is cozy and quaint. The bar and cocktails and desert finish off an enjoyable experience that will keep you coming back over and over.

We are overnighting here, traveling with our rv and fur baby. We walked to this place, and we were lucky enough to get in without a reservation(which they typically require). Oh.my.gosh!! We've been travelling for months, and this was the best meal we have had on this long trip! In such a small town!! We LOVED every bite. The fondue appetizer was amazing, the wedge salad was the best I've ever had and the special tonight? Chilean sea bass with a lemon butter sauce...cooked perfectly and tasted out of this world. In Saratoga Wyoming....shocking!! We were in our T shirts and shorts and totally welcomed- you can be casual or dressy. No worries. Call and get a reservation to make sure you get this experience...

Phenomenal experience! The restaurant is super cute, inside and out. Not large, but not cramped, either, and very nicely appointed. Service was top notch, I never waited or wanted for anything, but neither did the servers intrude on the meal. Everyone was very friendly, and clearly proud of the restaurant. About the meal: just incredible. The pasta was excellent, with a complexity of flavors that you only get at the very best places. And the bread! It was, and I don't say this lightly, the best bread I've ever had in my entire life. I wish I could snap my fingers and beam all of my friends to Saratoga, Wyoming, to experience this place. Heck, I wish I could beam myself back there right now.

Pasta di Luca- White Wine and Garlic Pasta with shrimp

Wow! Talk about a diamond in the rough. On a road trip for California to the Midwest and back and all I can say is that I was absolutely shocked to find such a cute and delicious restaurant in such a small town in Wyoming!!!! The appetizer bruschetta is a tad on the small side. Even in CA where everything is expensive, the size didn't match the price. But the tomato mixture is very fresh, perfectly salted. The hour bread with olive oil and balsamic (shaped in a B - sooo cute). Delicious! Great seasoning to both the bread and olive oil. Again, it's pretty small, but it's free... no complaints. We did start to worry about portion sizes... House salad - could use some salt, you could barely taste the dressing... which could have been delicious. The Pesto Chicken Tortellini - absolutely amazing! So fresh tasting. The pesto is very creamy, pasta cooked perfectly. Good amount of chicken. The Pasta di Luca was also fresh and bright. Could use a little more salt. I just opted for more Parmesan!!! The sauce was so good, I wish it was a pasta that allowed the sauce to cling to it more so I just let it sit a while to absorb. Maybe a bit too many olives but still good. I'm glad I opted for the shrimp. It was a perfect addition. They were out of the raspberry sorbet which I wanted to order but they had mango and it was tasty.

We've been to Rawlins several times and always…read morelamented the food options, so when we were stranded on a Sunday morning due to road closures on i80, we discovered Ichiban and they were open! The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside is very cute and sleek. We were promptly seated and our waitress was very attentive and frequently checked on us. The Naruto appetizer was so good! It's about awkward to eat, I couldn't get the cucumber on the chopsticks without everything falling apart, so deconstructing is the way to go. It was heavenly. We both orders the filet mignon and it was cooked to order and very tender. The sauce that came with it, was wonderful. The rice was well cooked as was the asparagus. The salad didn't look super great, but we had plenty of food. They do have alcoholic beverages as well different sushi, teriyaki, and udon/ramen options. We'll definitely be back! Our total with one IPA, the appetizer, and the two girls was around $75.

(Though, in their defense, I believe I was also conflating the old Ichiban in Minneapolis with Benihana). For example, there's a Monster Energy drink cooler in the dining room--you know, that sort of thing. And one half of the restaurant looks like a dive bar. But, when in Rawlins... All the employees seem to be doing their best and the food was basically adequate

The Teepees were over the hot pools and it was a nice feel. Very tastefully done. The front desk team was amazing and very friendly. The grounds were very well taken care of and quite lush. I was happy there were so many local walking paths as well. I enjoyed how many rooms and seating areas they had for you to enjoy coffee or just relax and read a book. The food for dinner room service was fairly lackluster, however the breakfast buffet was nice and filled us up. The main reason for taken off a star was because of the horrible bus. I left with almost 15-20 bug bites after just one day there. Definitely need to put in some bug safeguards like lavender or citronella plants. The bites lasted for weeks and tainted the experience. Overall 4/5 stars.

I usually go to the bar section of the place in which they have their own craft beer. The lunches are good and have hearty portions. And often my visits can have an exhaustive nature to them so escaping to this bar which is fairly quiet during the day for a pint is very nice. Getting a craft beer pint reminds me of where I live now where defaulted beer that everyone associates with beer drinking isn't the norm. It's been a while since I have had an evening meal here but I recently have had their breakfast buffet which is very nice. The food is nice and fresh and flavorful! Last year my father passed away and we did a private catering event in the dining room which was very nice. They got us in on very short notice and the event went quite smoothly. The organizer was extremely helpful and organized and laid out all the options for the event we were needing to do after the funeral. So that went quite smoothly. I am not sure when my next visit back will be but if it's a trip of a recreational and casual nature I will definitely stop by the bar for a pint of beer!
