Make a reservation!! It's a tiny little place! Food is spot on; menu changes every other week, so don't count on getting something if they had it previously. The Caesar salad with anchovies was delicious and the fresh focaccia was exceptional! The skillet mushrooms were rich and heavy and filling!! His Apollo Asparagi was light and also delicious! What a surprise in a sleepy little town! Worth a stop! read more

The focaccia bread and balsamic olive oil dip was our favorite. We enjoyed the Caesar salad. The jumbo shrimp pasta dish fell a little short, recommend more cream sauce and a little less lemon. The pomegranate martini was good, but the Lemon Drop needs some work. Service was excellent! read more

What a gem. Small town BIG talent. Bella's was PACKED. Their small staff personifies service. So don't just show up. Be respectful. Call for reservations. Everything we had was outstanding. Cocktails, appetizer (antipasti) (fried ravioli I could have eaten all day) salads (insalata - Caesar and wedge were fresh, flavorful, and with house made dressings in both) fresh anchovies were mild and fabulous. Moving on to the primi (gnocchi sorrentina ) and the secondi (poloasparagi) and wow. the bistecca New York steak. Perfectly prepared. Crazy delicious. I wanted the creme brûlée but they had key lime pie as a special dessert so .... Yes. Bright. Light. Tart. Perfect Bella's is hoppin. Festive, joyful, noisy. Very Italian if you have ever had the pleasure to travel. The only negative is it isn't close to where we live in Washington state. GO!!! read more

Had a delicious dinner here. Everyone had pasta- linguine and spaghetti preceded by drinks and a a caesar salad and followed by key lime pie and olive oil cake. Presentation taste and service were superb as were portion sizes- just right. Highly recommend. read more

It was our 25 year wedding anniversary and this location delivered large for our occasion! Outstanding service, excellent food. I was disappointed to hear their famous chicken manicotti was sold out, but still completely enjoyed their spaghetti and meatballs. The appetizer we enjoyed was the bruschetta, and it was EXCELLENT. Arrive early! This place will usually be on a wait, and there's a very good reason why. Well managed, friendly and HIGHLY recommended! Keep up the excellency Bellas! read more

This is a must try spot. Such a wonderful dining experience, it was my birthday and they left a note and flowers on our table the service was so wonderful. Our waitress was informative, friendly, and just overall lovely. We had delicious seasonal cocktails. I had the most refreshing pomegranate martini YUM I need the recipe. Focaccia and burrata that was to die for. My Caesar salad with anchovies was perfect mmmm. And then two massive entrées (steak for Streeter and Chicken Sofia for me)... And finished off with a delightful crème brûlée. It was a perfect celebration- such great food, service, atmosphere. The building this restaurant in is so cozy and sweet. We took a trip up to the hot springs to celebrate our anniversary and were told by multiple people to make a reservation at Bellas. SO glad we made that reservation! We arrived as soon as they opened at 5pm to join the line out the door and were seated immediately by the owner in a cozy corner table that had fresh flowers and an anniversary card waiting for us! We had already checked out the menu before and settled on the Pollo Asparagi for myself and the Pesto Chicken Tortellini for my husband. The meal came with the most fluffy, delicate and delicious focaccia with herbed olive oil and balsamic. The Pollo Asparagi was rich and creamy and full of fresh citrus flavor that balanced wonderfully with the brown butter and sage sauce on the linguini. My husbands tortellini was also rich and creamy, and we were quite satisfied to take a hefty amount of leftovers back with us. They offered a free dessert for our celebration and we went for the Tiramisu which was perfect in every classic way. We topped off the meal splitting one of their recommended bottles of Pinot Noir and a final ounce of Limoncello. Absolutely fantastic meal, wonderful service, such a cozy environment and a shockingly low cost for the quality. Definitely make a reservation - we watched a handful of people be turned away due to the popularity and previously logged reservations. read more

The best Italian food in Wyoming. This charming, quaint restaurant in the middle of prime fishing and outdoor adventure territory is worth the trip to. Amazing. Had the mushrooms and chicken piccata. Highly recommend. Everyone was super friendly too. Definitely have a reservation.

We have been eating here since 2021 and always look forward to lunch or dinner. Our server tonight and in past visits is Camille and as a former server in restaurants and a restaurant owner I cannot rave enough about what a delight she is! Bella's entire staff add to an experience that is warm, inviting, friendly, welcoming, and hands down one of our favorite places to dine. The ambience is cozy and quaint. The bar and cocktails and desert finish off an enjoyable experience that will keep you coming back over and over. read more

We are overnighting here, traveling with our rv and fur baby. We walked to this place, and we were lucky enough to get in without a reservation(which they typically require). Oh.my.gosh!! We've been travelling for months, and this was the best meal we have had on this long trip! In such a small town!! We LOVED every bite. The fondue appetizer was amazing, the wedge salad was the best I've ever had and the special tonight? Chilean sea bass with a lemon butter sauce...cooked perfectly and tasted out of this world. In Saratoga Wyoming....shocking!! We were in our T shirts and shorts and totally welcomed- you can be casual or dressy. No worries. I hesitated to review thinking, do they really need another 5 star review??? Then decided- yes! It's well deserved. The vibe of Bella's is great, welcoming, cozy and smells just like an Italian restaurant should- like garlic! Camille was our server- super friendly & informative. The mushroom appetizer- so, so good! We split a chicken parm because we were traveling and didn't want to waste, good decision, the servings are generous! What a treat of a restaurant, in this funky little town, the BEST meal on our weeks vacation out west!! read more

Service is top level and the food is uniquely prepared, the premises were quiet and well organized.

Phenomenal experience! The restaurant is super cute, inside and out. Not large, but not cramped, either, and very nicely appointed. Service was top notch, I never waited or wanted for anything, but neither did the servers intrude on the meal. Everyone was very friendly, and clearly proud of the restaurant. About the meal: just incredible. The pasta was excellent, with a complexity of flavors that you only get at the very best places. And the bread! It was, and I don't say this lightly, the best bread I've ever had in my entire life. I wish I could snap my fingers and beam all of my friends to Saratoga, Wyoming, to experience this place. Heck, I wish I could beam myself back there right now. read more

Wow! Talk about a diamond in the rough. On a road trip for California to the Midwest and back and all I can say is that I was absolutely shocked to find such a cute and delicious restaurant in such a small town in Wyoming!!!! The appetizer bruschetta is a tad on the small side. Even in CA where everything is expensive, the size didn't match the price. But the tomato mixture is very fresh, perfectly salted. The hour bread with olive oil and balsamic (shaped in a B - sooo cute). Delicious! Great seasoning to both the bread and olive oil. Again, it's pretty small, but it's free... no complaints. We did start to worry about portion sizes... House salad - could use some salt, you could barely taste the dressing... which could have been delicious. The Pesto Chicken Tortellini - absolutely amazing! So fresh tasting. The pesto is very creamy, pasta cooked perfectly. Good amount of chicken. The Pasta di Luca was also fresh and bright. Could use a little more salt. I just opted for more Parmesan!!! The sauce was so good, I wish it was a pasta that allowed the sauce to cling to it more so I just let it sit a while to absorb. Maybe a bit too many olives but still good. I'm glad I opted for the shrimp. It was a perfect addition. They were out of the raspberry sorbet which I wanted to order but they had mango and it was tasty. read more

Delicious and charming. Saratoga is a tiny town, and Bella's is a gem. High end drinks and food, but also that hometowny touch of asking when you make a reservation if it's a special occasion and then leaving you a card. Service is warm but professional. They talked us into appetizers drinks AND dessert! Don't miss this one. I can't seem to find my photos of this lovely dinner, but everything is great- you can't really go wrong. read more

What a breath of fresh air for this little town! Our hotel desk clerk recommended this place to us for dinner, but told us to get there early since we didn't have a reservation. She was right! Our server was a doll! She recommended bruschetta roma, which was wonderful, and a pineapple upside down cake martini which was divine - even the second one! I ordered chicken manicotti and my husband had a garlic t-bone that was the chef's special for the evening. Everything was wonderful! This is a cozy, friendly place. We do business in Saratoga several times a year, and we will definitely be back! read more

Probably one of the best Italian meals I've ever had - that's not an exaggeration. We had the most attentive service for a party of six, from crafting a perfect off-menu sangria to going above and beyond to last-minute change an order from the lasagna (which was lights out) to the lobster special. The garlic bread was incredible, bottle of Cab Sav, and soup as an appetizer! You truly can't go wrong with anything off this menu. I feel so much gratitude toward the staff - from our lovely server to her uncle, who was preparing this delicious food in the kitchen. I'm so excited to come back and share this awesome restaurant with others visiting Saratoga! read more

Service was FANTASTIC!!! April, our server was pleasant, available, informative and super kind. We enjoyed our meal very much! Super cute place. Peach dessert could have had more peaches and less ice cream (I think we got 3 slices). Linguine was great but green olive overkill. Hey Chef, try Kalamata olives. Or Moroccan olives. And use a bit less. Arrabiata was pleasantly spicy and they made it without the sausage. Yum! read more

This cozy, little Italian restaurant in Saratoga is a great find! We didn't make reservations, but they were able to find us a table on the patio on a busy Saturday evening. Very small restaurant in a small town where we were passing the night. Hostess/waitress was not very pleasant and turned us away, even though the restaurant was close to empty. She had just opened and I guess she was expecting a lot of people. Very few places to eat in town she sent us down the street to a hamburger place. That was really good, I think she could've handled us a little nicer. She also asked that you don't park in the front of her restaurant even though there is on street parking on every block I would never go back. read more

I was disappointed with the spaghetti and meatballs dinner because it was a small serving. They didn't serve spaghetti and meatballs. They included only ONE meatball with a relatively small dish of spaghetti. $17 for one meatball and spaghetti sauce that tasted like it came from a jar. read more

This was our first time to Saratoga and not one bit of our experience disappointed. Bella's was a gem from the second you walk in the door, till the second you leave. We had a linguini dish and a ravioli dish and both were five star, along with soup and Cesar salad and a side of meatballs. They even had a personally signed card from the staff to celebrate our anniversary! We will be back, and we recommended to everyone back at the resort that we spoke to! Thank you Bella's! read more

Wow! What a different experience from the night before in a different establishment! I don't normally site at the bar, but due to reservations required I did. First suggestion! Make a reservation! Started with the mozzarella fritta with tomato sauce. Very very nice! Made with freshly made mozzarella! Great flavor and presentation. Maybe a slight bite more breading than I like, but still a wonderful morsel. The sauce had a nice tomato flavor, more on the thin side, but not watery. Flavor was a full tomato flavor and wasn't tart or bitter! Very nice, almost sweet. Naturally sweet! I'd like to have more of that sauce! Maybe 2 gallons to go, The gnocchi sorrentina was a potato based gnocchi with the tomato sauce. Yes, the same sauce from the fritta. A wonderful complement to the gnocchi. The potato gnocchi were not heavy like some. A full bodied texture with just enough "bite" and plenty of tenderness! Cooked just right! The entire plate from start to finish was first class! Now don't forget an essential item! There was nuggets of fresh mozzarella in with the gnocchi and sauce! Topped with Parmesan! Wonderful. They offered cheesecake and tiramisu as two dessert items. Both I'm told are house made. But I went with the tiramisu. Very good choice! Nice presentation and the bites were all classic tiramisu! An outstanding representation in presentation and taste of what you want in a tiramisu! What makes this a great place to return is you don't see this coming at you in Saratoga, WY! The service and food were what you expect from a bigger city somewhere near a coast. Not here! What a golden gem! Thank you to all who provided service, food and conversation! read more
