She's been replaced with a young woman who doesn't understand customer service. One time I told her I had misplaced my slip but had a item to pick up. When she couldn't find it right away she told me I had probably picked it up already and had simply forgotten. Nice. She was wrong, it was there. For year after year I've always brought dress shirts and asked that they be boxed, not on a hanger. Their system stupidly doesn't allow a standing customer preference to be entered and preserved, so this request needs to be entered anew with every order. The other woman remembered that preference and also entered it that way, but the new woman never remembers so I have to remember to specify it. Today I remembered only after I'd prepaid and she acted very put out about it. I told her the system should allow the preference to be preserved but she told me no, it's the customer's responsibility. Apparently they work for their system, not the other way around (it's a computer program - it can be improved or replaced!). Fine. I'll take my business someplace that treats customers with respect.

The woman who does the WDF was incredible, she was serious about the task as she asked my husband for specifics as to what clothes don't need to be in the dryer and type of detergent to be used. As soon as he mentioned there were baby clothes she said she would take extra care. The turn around time was quick ( less then 24 hours) and for $1.25 a pound I look forward to using this more often. The double star bonus is that the location is next to Mina's Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant which was UNBELIEVEABLE. Don't hesitate to use the WDF.....its worth it

I was shocked to find out it cost $24 when I got the text message telling me it was ready for pickup. The dress cost $100. There they need to be more transparent about pricing if they're going to charge this much. I shudder at the thought of what they would charge for a men's suit.
